Just caught up with the manga. Tournament arcs aren't usually this tense. This is a tournament arc done well. Also, I can't wait for our boy to fight. He's going to kick so much ass, I'm sure. They didn't even show us the face he made in chapter 95, but apprently it was beyond terrifying.

I definitely want to see first battle of Kazuya using Kyouka since it combat style is completely different than Kiriha. Anyway the tournament arc is good arc since for me most of the arc that Kazuya was in school was a filler. Well Kazuya ability to create amasogi maybe use to revive Kiriha, remember that Azami is a Tsugumomo not a Amasogi, she was possessed by a amasogi. But that should happen after the tournament arc, I guess he will revive also all the mayoiga tsugumomo that die in the current arc. If Kiriha revives then Kazuya will use Kyoka and use Kiriha at the same time, maybe a double ascension.

I hope Kazuya still employs martial arts in some way while using Kyouka. Maybe something like a vibration enhancement to his limbs or something to add power? I dunno, I just want to see him still actively use martial arts since the fights with him using them are my favorites.

What we need to know is how the author is going to manage the tournament arc, after all we have 3 years before Kazuya acquires enough power to beat Kanaka.

I just hope the author doesn't go full Dragon Ball with this tournament arc and just do something like time-skip to resume the important plot, after all Tsugumomo's strong point isn't the story, is the heavy fanservice - almost hentai and the characters.

well but he also can't take too much time to bring back both kukuri and kirihara specially kirihara since she is the main girl, i'm pretty sure he will ressurect her or before the final battle or in the middle of it, i don't know how much the writer want to "increase mc harem" but really he also can't take too much time to come back to the plot, which is one of the few near hentai mangas which actually have a "good plot" and battles" and don't look too much generic.

i really want to see his battle with flute girl and they discovering all the cheat(that guys are definilty cheating in a very hideous way).

I have a question about Kanaka the villain: from what I can gather, Kanaka got possessed by a combination of amasogi: the mysterious black mist + Azami the dress (that merged with Azami the obi), and her empty heart also helps with the possession. Is that correct?

Also, "Azami" now refers to both the obi and the dress, right? They kinda merged into one?
I found it weird that they have both a crush on Kazuya AND the intention to kill him

To the first question, yes. Both the obi and dress merged together and the urges to "feel" something of Kanaka thanks to her empty heart helped to reach the situation we have now.

And to the second one, is not like they merged 100%, is more like the intention to kill Kazuya is stronger than the part that loves him. Basically the dress absorbed the black obi and now that's what is following Kazuya's desire using Kanaka as vessel.

In the end the one who fucked up this was Kazuya by creating the dress and thanks to that we're stuck with this tournament, with Kiriha and Kukuri dead and Based sister inside the time barrier.

but how else will Kazuya kick Madarai's @ss?

Will the fox girl lose? I can't see it, because we all know who she is eh?

Oriobana could draw, then Fox Mask would take a win. Madarai and co., on the other hand, would use their all to win the last fight with Kazuya to get a draw and possibly hold another match. Then Kazuya destroys them.

That, or Oriobana could lose and then we get a double win from Fox Mask and Kazuya.

With Oriobana finally showing how beast she is, we might actually get a win from her. That would mean Fox Mask would have to lose or draw if we're gonna see Kazuya wreck Madarai though. Or maybe both could win, and Madarai, out of spite, mobilizes his faction to attack the other and then Kazuya would get a chance to show off his teamwork with Kyouka.

I guess Oriobana will win this one. Since Fox Max is Sunao she will definitely win since she is too got with Sumeragi Style using Kotetsu and she also can use Ascension, I think that she will use Ascension to win to demostrate that ability can be only used it if you are deep bond with their Tsugumomo. Then Kazuya wins against Madarai, anyway in the first prediction said that Pro-Tsukumogami Faction will win 6-3 against the Enslave Tsukumogami Faction having Takano, Fox Mask and Kazuya loosing.

i saw a part of the live broadcast and sunao was maskless in a drawing stance and her opponent was clearly moking her (dont know jap )
i think in sunao fight she will win in a instant that kind of battle where the characters keep making shoked faces
does anyone know when there are lives? the artist has lots of sites where he makes lives but im never able to see
