I also don't understand their motive or who the heck the old geezer is. Their goal isn't clear. For what I know of 9DA he wants to destroy Murim to revenge his sensei but what now? didn't he already succeeded when he attacks them in season 1?

well we know nothing about Kaiser and his group yet, maybe this next arc will reveal some.

9DA has also nine members at his back eh, will Shioon also get his own group..

Well, he kinda does, there is elder Kwon (i doubt other than 9AD can stand a chance against him), Jinie, Ha Il, Sera, Ji Gun, Hyuk (when he learn he is still alive and whats going on), Sosul (once she's back she will surely side with him, i hope)

What? No he didn't. The Murim world is still intact. All he managed to do was kill a couple of corrupt masters. Other than Shiho (who is dead) and Shioon (who was only an outsider at the time), the place holds nothing but bad memories for him. Either he gets to become the ruler and reshape the world as he sees fit, or the Murim world has to burn.

Sosul also wants payback considering the Alliance is responsible messing up her body the way it was in Part 1 and holding her hostage to nearly cause her clan to collapse.

I agree. I don't think 9AD is cooperating with them so much as he simply wants to see the world burn. Kaiser is a means to an end. 9AD is obviously the end boss for Shioon. Sosul will likely come around, especially when she sees the company that Shioon is keeping.

I discovered that the author of Breaker also writes "Ruler of the Land." It's pretty interesting if you don't mind wuxia, bad scans/translations with the exception of a few chapters.

That old guy is basically a alternative faction of murim. He doesn't want murim to be in the shadows. He wants Murim to rule the world. So his first focus is to take over the murim society. Kaiser probably hired Nine arts dragon after he finished rampaging from his master's death.

Nine arts dragon currently is tunnel visioned and venting. Hes basically a wild bronco. He killing mindlessly to vent out his frustration. Kaiser wanted Shi-Ho dead, because A) More than anything he felt she was chaining him down. B) If she died he'd go ballistic killing off the Martial Factions as well as showing the world the might of Murim. Nine Arts Dragon is being used, but more than anything he probably doesn't care. Since all the people he ever cared for gone. At least to his knowledge.

Be pretty interesting to see what happens when he finally meets Shi Woon. Also I wonder what Nine Arts Dragon or even Shi Woon would do because they're bound to find out eye-glasses was the one who shot Shi-Ho on Kaiser's orders.
