That or she was actually referring to her master by name, or at least part of it (Ooba Babasaama), and it was translated as such since her name is almost exactly spelled by two possible names for "Grandma" (the "-saama" part seems to be a corruption of the "-sama" honorific and used in her name). However, I wouldn't know for sure since I haven't seen the original raw.

Pretty awesome start for this arc. I'm not bothered if Fairy Tail wins, but I hope it isn't canceled by something/someone halfway through.

If Raven Tail don't manage to screw up the games, there's still the "mysterious magic" that comes with them, and if that's not enough, Zeref and his black buddy can open up a new hole on the planet. Totally predictable, but makes you wonder who will crash the games first

From the looks of things, he's putting it inside her torso. My guess would be that she's supposed to be a hand puppet.
