I believe so because I think I remember a line saying something like gods exist because humans believe in them, thus they will continue to exist even if they are "killed". In a sense human's created them in the case of this light novel(thus the birth of their soul). Their personality is probably from the author's creativity, i don't think it really derives from anything within the story.

Don't worry, read through it you won't regret it. There are some summaries on Jcafe24(forgot how many of the volumes are on there though) if you really insist on reading summaries. Find the campione section there, get an account, make one post in order to view them

Well, there's only summaries for Volumes 1-4 and 11.
12 volumes are published so far.

Personally, I think you're better off reading maybe the first two volumes of the translated novel to see if you like the feel. The story only gets better and better.

Volumes 3 and 11 are prequels so the chronological order is 3,11,1,2,4,5...etc.
However, I still recommend reading them in publication order.

Read the novels instead of summaries, if they are available. Or else, there'd be no point of doing them entirely.

Either way, how the talk shifted from King Arthur to Gilgamesh really reminds me of F/Z and F/SN, it hasn't been that long since F/Z ended

Volume 3 Chapter 6 is done! Well I really enjoyed the fight, did anyone else? I also liked how Godou tricked Melqart and the last part with Erica giving Godou the lap pillow. Thanks for the hard work zzhk.

Thanks zzhk! Your translation speed is really magnificent! It took me a lot of time ust to translate the summary of Seikoku no Ryuukishi from Thai to English but you did put the whole chapter in a day.

If a campione defeats another campione, Does the winner acquire the powers of the loser? If a campione or human becomes a legend and people believe in it, could that person become a god? Lucretia Zola should join the harem. She is a mature female with lots of experience in life and could help & have fun with godou.

It more like a duel, you can only get power when you kill a God. A Campione can be remembered, but it will not make the Campione a God. Lucretia Zola is over 70 years old, so I rather not especially since there is some History with Godou's Grandfather and her. Must have been a reason why Ichirou's wife made him promise to never meet that women again.

Also, these are some weird questions. Have you read the Light Novel?
