Well, as you said, she isn't mad at him anymore, and she isn't giving him a hard time about it either. It's just that her initial "Hayate-kun" closeness from as early as S1 episode 04 has been revoked
Consider it a task to notice when she'll revert to "Hayate-kun" again.
