That said, I just can't figure out how I feel about this show. I have no hopes or expectations. Which is probably a good thing, since the show I was super psyched about (Aquarion) is annoying me beyond comprehension. This show might just turn out great

Thanks for the links, I'll have a look around. Probably best to have some background info for this. I just hope they'll be able to tell a story without being super constrained by the fact that the cast is based on real people. Then I'll be happy

I dunno, Nagisa's seiyuu annoyed me to no end. Orine/Yuuka did great IMO

And where's blue haired girl? Probably the most aesthetically pleasing of the group IMO, so was sad we didn't get to see her after the time skip.

I sure hope they don't drop Yuuka's BF as a side story. It would be really touching if he had a change of heart and ask for her autograph sometime in the future.

I don't think something's bad happened to Acchan down there at Akibastar. Instead I believe that she's working on something or kept back for a special project... I could think of a thousand reasons why she's not in the recruitment video.

A thought struck me just a few minutes ago; the anime is more like a love letter to some fans, and I say "some" because not everyone is delighted to have an anime version of their oshimen (or I'd say their "goddesses" or apsaras).

(To someone who pointed out something in the negative, PM me for a full explanation.)

I think most AKB fans are happy about the anime, if there's complain, it's probably with the moe design. I think the design overall it's kinda cute but...the design doesn't do them justice lol...i wanted the design to be like this, less realistic but not all the way moe. :P
