Hello everybody, I'm a relatively new person on Animesuki, not really known and have recently became a fan of Nanoha! Pleased to meet you all.

Reading wayyy back into this thread... Has anybody thought that Mister Hades might be an expy of Albert Wesker and the Umbrella Corporation?

If he is they missed why Wesker was entertaining entirely.

And just stuck in RE5 style overpowered? Ehhh....

Still, I'd like to see where this 'adventure' is headed.

But yeah, the parallel of Vandein and Umbrella...
  1. Supposed mega corporations
  2. stuff dealing in viral infections
  3. using weaponized virus forms for the 'greater good'
  4. smug leader

We never saw Umbrella's boss until the scene he died in though.

The site i usually check doesn't have preview scans but it does contain a summary of what happens in the new chapter. The google translator gave me kind of a mess but most of what i've got is...

Spoiler for The Heartless:

I'd be a bit more concerned if he wasn't still able to talk, and stand up.

Kind of defuses the tension even if there is still a problem.

Hmm. Just read Force 30, and finally something interesting's happening.

It's not that Veyron can't regenerate his own heart, it's that after he regenerated it the rejection effect took hold immediately (like when you're given someone's blood that doesn't match with yours, they coagulate? That.).

This is because he was infected by an even stronger Virus than his own - which is of course by the guy who ripped his heart out. That guy - whatever his name is - was one of the few very first infected directly by the primal Virus, which indicates that the Hucks are just secondary/tertiary infected who was turned by a primary, with no direct contact with the actual Virus itself.

The girl that stopped Veyron had the ability to weaken the effect, which is why Veyron was better once he was close to her. If Veyron joined with her he might've been cured, but as you can see he refused to do so. So the only other choice was to steal the heart back and reattach it back to Veyron's body right now.

I'm amused how the PSP game made Touma and Lily more interesting as compared to the manga.

Wow, so Hardis was exposed to the original Eclipse? Cool, at least that explains his over the top toughness and is a good big bad setup.

As for Veyron, seems he'll be about to get an evident ugrade xD

So the weakest member of the group will only be in trouble from one of his most important organs being removed if you bring some weird pseudo-science into it.

Ugh.

Thanks for the info, Craxuan.

Aaaaand... yet another hiatus -_-

Okay, that's it, FORCE pacing is officially terrible and no one can convince me of the contrary, Tsuzuki and Higa are giving us just small bites every two months for Christ sake. I would understand if this were some high quality ambitious project like xxxHolic or something but nope, it's just Nanoha FORCE xDU

I fear it won't get the proper focus until Vivid is over.

Aren't you a fan of Saint Seiya, the current manga of which also has a lot of hiatuses?

I was wondering what other peoples opinion of how force is bad.

From what I have seen it becomes good versus bad in an un-epic way. THoma should have more time looking at himself either fighting other eclipse drivers or through talks of his past life. Also it needs to start going back to investigating the eclipse driver.

In short FOrce is too straight forward getting right to the point where it could elaborate through flash backs, conversations ect.. Heck spending more time with Subaru.

In short I find FOrce took a dive after THoma was rescued from the hulcklebein.

I do wonder if one combined elements of Vivid and force what could you get. Like having vivio part of the cast. Her helping Thoma and finding herself along with einheart.

Well, I find the most frustrating aspect of Force. it's very bad schedule of release.

Actually I like the plot with it's slow building of upcoming danger. But the building is TOO slow for my taste.
