Erm...the first character to come to mind is Masane Amaha from Witchblade, because I just recently finished it. ^^;

I don't how well she and I would get along, but dang, them curves are crazy. xD
*clears throat* And she's a very loving lady with a very sweet, protective, devoted side. When she's not drunk, fighting, or yelling.

I'd have to think about other options, though. Haha...yeah...

Tomoyo from Clannad. She's strong, willing, and shows a caring, rather passionate side.

Tomoyo in particular shows her drive and caringness (is that a word?) during her election, when she gets up Tomoya each morning (and occasionally makes him breakfast too, lucky bastard) and overcomes the gang rumors to get elected school council.

Yeah... I mean, I'm sure Kotonoha has book smarts, though they're a lot less obvious than Miyuki's... and to have brains and beauty in a pair of spades to boot is so... so... Erm... why do I like Kotonoha again?

Damn it... that's one of the main things that Miyuki has that Kotonoha doesn't. And even if Kotonoha puts on glasses infrequently (mainly just reading glasses) they lack the... charm Miyuki has. Ah, damn it. Now I tempt infidelity and disloyalty towards the girl I've so dedicated myself to...
