Well, she is the only Inverse Spirit that Shido can talk to (Inverse Origami would only blast him) so I guess she can appear again. I kinda want to see a side story or something where the normal and Inverse Tohka get two separate bodies. It can show how far Tohka's character has developed since Inverse Tohka is basically a more dangerous pre-meeting-Shido Tohka.

He hadn't been born yet at that time so it's unlikely. However, there is someone who have time-travel power so it's possible Shido may have caused it by accident (It would be kinda sad if it also turns out Shido cause Issac to be the maniac he is now).

I must admit I have no idea what a "sane" Inverse Origami is like. I wish the author would give us some sort of rule on how the Spirit's personality change when they go Inverse (Tohka seems to just go back to how she first appears while Origami basically become a Spirit-killing machine so I guess the similarity is they both become what they would have been if Shido hadn't been around).

Also, Inverse Shiori would just end the series early. She's too OP.
