Or it could be from Yui Toshiki's Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa (ボクのふたつの翼).

1. Hiromi is the name of one of the main characters in this manga, and is mentioned in the above pic
2. The manga is about romantic relationship between a female and a she-male.

Which makes it relevant to the above pic.

I haven't read the manga, only saw it while flipping through one of the seinen Jump (probably Ultra Jump) magazines years ago.

The 2nd pic is from one of their new Doujinshi's and recently Dalc Rose started covering some new material so it is def part of AXH, I googled it and you were correct because their website also features artwork in which a character represents a country and on Yahoo answers I read that there was an anime being made of this?

Definitely Hetalia, specifically Japan, UK and America. The anime started a while ago, I think we're up to episode 8 (or 9, I can't remember).

I've had these two images for a while (according to the filenames, they were posted on moeboard.net on Sept 25, 2006). They seem to come from a h-game, but I have no idea which.
