A short note on their relationships as of volume 7.

Spoiler for relationship as of volume 7:

Chiaki confesses to MC at the end of V6. V7 is about them deciding to continue as friends. They want to tell Tendou properly. Tendou overhears them, but mistakingly thinks they are planning to tell her that they are a couple... misunderstandings yeh.

Aguri and MC relationship is pretty good. Tasuku thinks a lot of his and Aguri's relationship. Aguri seems to laugh more with MC he thinks. He and Tendou discusses their relationship with each other.

Tendou clears things up with Chiaki. Tendou thinks that Chiaki and MC have more in common and that her and MC's conversations doesn't go anywhere.

Tasuku goes on a date with Aguri, Tendou with MC. Chiaki starts crying when she sees Tendou and MC kissing. Tasuku suggests breaking up with Aguri. Tendou suggests breaking up with MC.

Aguri & MC: "Eh-?".

It's the continuation from Volume 7

Spoiler for short spoilers for Chiaki and Keita as of Volume 8:

where Tasuku and Karen broke off with Aguri and Keita respectively.

Turns out that Tasuku broke off with Aguri to start over again properly since he was dating her without really "loving" her before. This time, it was his turn to confess to her.

Karen broke off with Keita since she felt their relationship was due to a mistunderstanding and she overheard parts of Chiaki's confession to Keita in volume 7.
The volume takes place during the days around Christmas ending on X-mas Eve.
Skipping through most of the plot:
Karen told Chiaki later that she did this to make a fresh start for them both.
Chiaki's sister and Karen sort of makes Keita and Chiaki have a date. They both feel nervous, especially since they both are conscious of that night in Volume 7 where Chiaki confessed to Keita. In the end, they both just do what makes them feel the best, just talking about games, checking gaming shops etc. They get seen by the gaming club senpais and Misumi. When they both ask Misumi what people usually do during a date, he suggests Keita invite Chiaki over. Which he do, although somewhat reluctantly. They both go home and play games. The End.

When she goes home, she kisses him on his cheek before running on the bus.

Chiaki's sister helped Keita with his love consultations and she made him confess that he still loved Karen, but also that he may be a bit possessive of Chiaki. She presses him on and made him realize that he also have feelings for Chiaki which he says out loud. Then he notices Chiaki right behind him. (Chiaki's sister: According to plan )

Hum, so, there is nothing decided then. I wonder if Keita will end up with Chiaki after this "confession", even though he still have feelings for Karen. For me, both are equals so, I don't really mind who will win that much. It'll make me sad for the loser though...
Just please, don't make a Harem Ending, Aoi-sensei.

So from what I get form the spoilers so far is that:

Spoiler for Relationship Mess:

Karen and Chiaki aree both in love woth Keita but Karen has a huge inferiority complex towards Chiaki. On the other hand Chiaki thinks Keita is better off with Karen. And to top it all off Keita just realized that he is in fact in love with both girls, yeah that´s what I call a huge mess, goof look choosing any of the girls buddy, from my part Karen is the best girl of the story, I´m rooting for her.

Trust me I don't recommend you guys read this series even if there is translation, the series all about misunderstanding adding on to misunderstanding. Frustration is all you feel.
