^^Both Urahara and Aizen himself implied that to be the case the moment he began his series of transformations and walking away from 90's lvl kido attacks.

Of course. Everytime you thought he hit his absolute limit on how much of an arrogant know-it-all he could possibly be, he breaks physics and logic and becomes even more of an asshole.

I think I've figured it out. Everything that's happened since the SS arc has been an illusion made by Aizen's bankai. And the man himself has been sitting in a deck chair drinking a beer while he watches every other character run around like a pack of retarded monkeys.

Actually, he's stronger because that's the untainted "pure evil" form of his, as explained by Kibitokai.

Kid Buu was implied to be stronger than Super Buu's base form. But by the time he absorbs Gohan and everyone else, he pretty much becomes the second most powerful character in the series second only to Vegito.

We know this because SSJ3 Goku and Kid Buu would've stalemated each other for eternity if stamina wasn't an issue for Goku. I think I remember Goku even admitting that he probably could've beaten Kid Buu at full power if he wasn't holding back a little bit to let Vegeta have a chance. On the other hand, SSJ3 Goku was outclassed by Super Buu once he absorbed Gotenks. He was convinced he needed to fuse with Gohan to win. And though the tables were turned once Gotenks fusion wore off, Goku became outmatched again the moment Gohan was absorbed.
