Although this manga is pretty popular (now), but soon (I think) it might be very bad, because lately there are too many heroine and setting don't allow many heroines to build their romantic relationships with MC.
P.S. It's my opinion. Hope that I will be in wrong.

Pacing should be OK. Actual plot should get wrapped with graduation and romance should reach it's conclusion alongside of it. So far we progress pretty smoothly toward that.

To be honest I am not sure how much time passed in story nor how much time od left. Around another 30 chapters maybe?

The japanese school year begins in April.
In chapter 25, when Uruka collapses from pushing herself to the limit, we see that it's already June 30th.
In chapter 37, we see a calendar, it's July 28th.
Several days must have passed, so we are in August currently.
The second term begins in September, and lasts until December 25th.
And the final term is from January to March.
My conclusion is that we are not even at halfway. My earlier prediction of 100-120 chapters is not that farfetched, unless the author speeds things up.
