I think the first one is called Brotherhood from Full Metal Alchemist. The 13th one might be from Highschool of the Dead, and, as far as I can tell, the song has the same name. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

2nd one is a Touhou doujin song. "Kanashiki Kouin wo Kakeru" (悲しき光陰を駆ける), performed by Kotoge Mai.

Hi, glad i found this. I've gone through every Fullmetal Alchemist soundtrack i can find trying to find this song. The song appears in episode 45 'A Rotted Heart' and others, but this is the one i remember the most. It starts really early in the episode around 0:20 the vocal harmony comes in around 1:23 song ends around 2:55. Greatly appreciated if anyone knows the name to this.

It's Meteor, by T.M. Revolution. As you said, it's an insert theme from Gundam SEED.
