I'm pretty sure all the plot developments are just happening so that we can have a lot of angsty, sexy scenes and girl-on-girl action with questionable consent.

Because shoujo mangas like making drama out of nothing, seriously by now they now they like each other but the author is just throwing bs development after bs development for the sake of creating drama where it doesn't exist.

Well I hope they at least let the friend confess to her and have them go out for a while or flirt or something.

I kinda meant to bump the thread given the latest development in the manga. We've entered the final arc. I can't stand all this Yuzu suffering

And so, I really went ahead and got myself up-to-date with this story.
It's been an enjoyable ride, with enough content for an Anime Season2 and more, but most surely there'll be no more adaptations.
Now I understand what you guys meant by this seeming to be the last arc, it sure feels that way.
And I really wanna see how this story will reach it's conclusion.

Latest chapter had Yuzu revealing her relationship with Mei to her parents and to Harumin. They all reacted really well, but that was to be expected from them. One more step toward the ending.

Better hope that the church or whatever it is a private property.

The drama of the final arc felt unnecessary and was resolved ridiculously easily, but what ultimately matters is that we got the good ending the author promised. They actually married each other!

Shame other characters got no resolution (particularly Harumi and Matsuri) but maybe this is being kept for that Cirtrus plus spin-off?
