its most likely misaki already had all the info of him or have meet him in the past before his memory is gone, after all when she talk to touma, touma dont even introduce himself, when misaki said his name, and some event in NT novel where she is trolling mikoto from meeting touma is most likely under order from above

Though it would be nice if the two had some unknown past like that of Kumokawa...

My theory is they met at the beauty pageant were Misaki used mental out to steal all the votes from Kumokawa except Touma.
