I thought the Louise and Saji bits where pretty good in these two past episodes. I wasn't really expecting something overly epic for the Setsuna versus Thrones fight anyways. Plenty of time for that in the coming episodes

I gave this episode 8/10.I think this episode has the things that i want; Some love, action and friendship scenes.Johann is actually pretty cunning for using that tactic.I guess the Trinity siblings did research on the Meister's background
I am surprise that someone gave this episode 1/10,but oh well |

9/10 because it had good development but the fight in the beginning wasn't as good as i thought it'd be.
anyways, its about time the 3 nations had some umph to their arsenal. but i can't see 10 fake gn drives per nation doing that much. they might have the drive, but they still need the chassis to put it in. and by the looks of it, we're going to get a bunch of modded "windams." they'll be beefed up the first few eps to provide entertainment purposes, but come 22-26 they'll be fodder. i don't know what direction they can take this in the next 7 eps because there's no indication of a cliffhanger or a straight continuation in season 2. realistically, a time jump would be pretty bad but a good plot device. and i like how they're doing most of the fighting on earth. dunno why. if even half the spoilers in the spoiler thread come true, we're going to have a very busy 7 eps. |

I keep watching every week, hoping, they'd justify what they're doing. I've been very disappointed all of 18, probably going on 19 episodes so far. Something's gotta give, there's gotta be an explaination. A final judgement has to be made. |

What's probably the most interesting is how both our known CB and the Trinity do not look to be behind giving the GN drives to the nations... we are looking at a third party... it's possibly that the observers may be behind it since it sounds like they are somehow responsible for Nadleeh power of dominance being turned off... It seems that the true goal of CB's founder may involve a plan that makes pawns out of CB and trinity...
Y'know, i'm also kind of wondering about Nadleeh's power of Dominance... it seems that it would make a good anti-meister weapon to help keep the meisters in check, but what importance did it have for CB's plans in the long run? back when Nadleeh first appeared it was said that it was bad that it was revealed as it might mess with CB's plans, but for it too interfer would mean that nadleeh was supposed to be used against the world to help stop war. Prehaps maybe they were planning on somehow making every mobile suit connected to veda so that all units would be utterly useless; or maybe Nadleeh can hack veda into enemy suits and thus give him dominance and all of this was meant to be used when the nations had more powerful suits... ya i don't know... As we've seen, most of their weapons are pretty useless against the gundams, and yet Graham armed with a GN saber was able to sever an arm. GN based weaponry may be just what they need to eliminate the gundam's armor advantage |

A timeskip could be possible for the second season of Gundam 00. You can see from the first season at CB's armed interventions and how much time has passed since those interventions. That means it would be possible to see Setsuna and co. getting new mobile suits that are incredibly powerful. Makes me wonder about the future of Celestial Being in the second season, as it seems to be slowly falling apart due to Veda being hacked ad leaking out top secret information.

I don't hate you Wesley. Your commentary on each episodes are really, how should I say it, enjoyable. I'm not being sarcastic by the way lol. You make good critiques and you back up with good reasoning. So, I can understand why you're clearly disappointed with some of the aspects of the show. You're definitely a person who's very attentive to the show and nitpicks at such small details of the show. Definitely something I can't or would ever do..

hmm nice episode - I really like the way setsuna and tieria work together -
oh and the conversation between setsuna and lockon are nicely done ( I started to really like the director of gundam 00 for this) about the 1/10 poll I also wondering if it is the same person who did it ? to - wesley - if you're really paying attention to small detail in 00 - I get the feeling that you actually really like the series (well the thread gonna be boring of course if all the people have the same opinion even if the contra are minority) |

First of all i have to say Exia + Virtue is not really a bad combo, their formation roxx !
Didnt expect tieria to use nadleeh in this fight. Exia pwning the fangs were <333 ! i think he could handle those last two too. The meister conversation was enjoyable and interesting. Does that mean Lockon and Setsuna will change rivals ? Setsuna goes back for Graham would be good. What kind of promise did Louise give Saji ? Revenge? stop war? stop celestial being? And about those 30 pod/units. I wonder if they are goin to sell them to the 3 nations. maybe Saji will manage to get one like Amuro/Kira. The preview is awesome, and the good thing is they didnt left us with a big cliffhanger this time. This episode gets 10/10 |

You know what'd be tripping? If the situation between the Thrones and Celestial Being were reversed. Rather than making the Thrones the "bad guys", have them declare that the original O# Gundams were assisting in warefare and then having battles ensue. It's not a stretch and would probably be far more interesting.
And there you have it. The first time Nena had to be "saved" in the series. Expect to see this trend to continue for so long as she's alive. Go Michael, save your adorably evil little sister from the colorblinded Exia! So do the Thrones really believe they're on the same side as the O# Gundams? If so, they make lousy houseguests. Makes you wonder if Nena actually did anything to VEDA and it was just a concidence or she was framed. So Michael wasn't fighting back in the beginning and needed Johan's permission, even though he's supposed to be some kind of hot-head...? Did episode 17 even happen? Maybe he's simply protective of his sister and isn't one to hold a grudge, but then again he acted against Johan's directions when he took on the Overflags and killed Howard. So maybe they're not trying to destroy Exia outright. Michael not using the Fangs beam weaponry would indicate that since they can disable and immoblize a suit if they penetrate. The Thrones holding back would explain their poor performance in the upcoming fight. "Nani!?" Here's Virtue! He was in space last we knew just so you know. And the Pote crew apparently didn't notice Tieria launching. "Maybe it's part of plan?" "Maybe what we're doing is part of the plan?" WHAT'S THE GODDAMN PLAN!? Geez these guys. "I don't like them." "He was a good-looking man." Do they ever actually think about what they're doing or is it some freakin' hobby to them? They act like the Earth's they're playground for crying out loud! Allejuah's not going in. Good, I hate that guy. His antics ruin everything. Gundams embody jackshit. They're as empty as the souls of their pilots. And you gotta love the enthusiasm everyone in Celestial Being is giving off from what's going on. "Yay! We're going to stop the evil Thrones!" At least they're clear on what motivates Miss Wang. "So long as the world changes, no matter what happens." She's 18 years old and there's no indication she's particularly well educated or experienced. Literally her role in this show is to sit, watch, and look pretty. Basically she's a popular character design the show parades around because she's simply very stylish. And people call Saji and Louise useless and a waste of time. "Stage 3." I seem to remember "stages" being refered to in earlier episodes. I believe they may have been episodes one and 6/7. Can anyone check for me? And we're back to the fight. The Thrones are still being reluctant. Sumeragi: "Huh? What's a "tactical formation"?" And you gotta love how touched she seems to be that Setsuna and Tieria are getting along. God, Sumeragi makes me sick. "Hey, where'd Virtue go?" "Here I am!" Not only do these guys suck as a team, they don't even know how to keep track of their oppenents. And Virtue isn't even that hard to miss! Trial System given only to him. You know, I speculated that Nadeleeh was a Gundam killer when it was first introduced, but I thought it'd simply be a very powerful and fast suit. Not some lame haxxor that denies the audience a real fight. Dialogue from Tieria is about what I expected. He's like a broken record. A self-righteous and pompous broken record. Cockblocked assuming he ha one. "Let's play fair" Um, hello? Nadeleeh just now anyone ? At least it now being 3 on 3 surely will mean it'll be an epic battle for the ages. Ah, so VEDA was monitoring Lockon's conversation with Felt, and from that Johan was able to do some digging. Or VEDA knew about his identity in advance since Setsuna's never confided in anyone his real name? Let's simply assume VEDA-Knows-All, and only willing to share some things with certain people. Johan's strategy is actually pretty sound, since Gundam Meisters have never had a problem passing arbitary judgement based on ascoiation. Union President has given up. He's definiently a Democrat, and obviously hasn't heard of Graham Fucking Arce's last sortie. He takes off an arm of a Gundam, secures a beam-saber, and for what? Give the man his due! A medal, promote him, women, anything just so long as it's recognition! How unusual. Europe still has some fight left in while the United States seems to have given up. Lucky break for the Good Guys. Celestial Being has infighting. Lousie, you're not going to be in the hospital forever. Let the man stay by your side. And "inferior"? How? What's the big deal? Louise was going to school too you know. What dream? What dream is she talking about? You're not dead you stupid bitch! And Saji and Louise have been written out of the story. I was hoping they'd have a rebuilding and recovery phase, but they've just given up when there was finally a good oppurtunity to have some nice drama mixed in with some humor. How'd Saji Sis get her big break? It seems like they've simply decided upon a multi-billionaire, who fits the profile, and are running with it. And of course they have to emphasis the so-called danger involved and how brave she is. It's the enviromentalists fault. They get their wanked to hell solar array system built and order the entire world to never use oil again even though it's a perfectly useable and reasonably safe source of energy. And they step on pretty much everyone in the Middle East in the process. It's all for Mother Earth, therefore it's justified. I'd have joined KPSA myself under those circumstances. No, Lockon, it is the solar array systems' fault. Or at least it's lobbyists. They're enacting unfair regulations to stifle, cripple even, competition from alternative sources of energy. And stop saying the world is warped you tunnel-visioned yahoo! "The world is warped because I was victimized!" Get off your high-horse, and simply admitting to being a hypocrite doesn't in anyway justify being a hypocrite! Well they're re-elaborating what they're doing, but I'm still waiting on that justification that doesn't involve your victimhood, Lockon. They live in an intellectually bankrupt fishbowl. Oh yes. Atheism is so enlightened. Now let's all blame Ali! Convinent for Setsuna. He's in no way personally accountable for everything he's ever done because he's grabbed a new identity for himself. They've been talking for five minutes at this point btw. I've been keeping track. That's actually a funny line there at the end. Also shows how naive Setsuna is. Trinty's still shocked that they actually fight with the other Gundams. Amazing. They actually thought they'd be friends, and are planning just in case. Did Nena really hack into VEDA? Next episode is...probably going to be really stupid with lots of things happening just for the hell of it. Remember kids, it's not the world that's warped, it's the writers. Prediction: the only reason why Saji's gone back to Japan is that he can be there when his sister is killed. Hopefully it'll reunite him with Louise, rather than something Gundamish happening. |

OK, I am pretty sure this was mentioned before, but why don't they just replace Louise's limb with a robotic arm? I mean, this is a few hundred years in the future, with extremely advanced technology, and they can't replace a limb?
Hence, Louise would not need to feel "inferior". As for Saji, he has his dream, "going into space," and Louise's dream, whatever that may be. I am guessing her dream is along the lines of make the world a better place (or burn it to hell for her lost limb). Gundam Meister Saji, ready to launch in the near future, probably.
