Which has been hyped up since forever, this isn't some new development that the anime created. The anime didn't have any of the character development that lead up to this point, it just happens.

key factors played a major role leading up to and after the jail sequence, so nope that's different too.

6. What about the Colosseum and the execution scene. Very closely similar to the anime. Minor differences here and there.

More like major differences

1. No Esdeath vs Suu fight(which made Najenda look like an idiot).

2. Key factors played a role in the coliseum events unlike the anime.

7. There was even hints to the Ultimate Teigu in the manga (Granted we do not know what it is)

It was also mentioned that the manga will be an expended version of the anime. The only reason the anime was an original ending to begin with is because the season 2 they wanted did not happen. They had to rush and cut allot of content. People seem to just conveniently forget about this part for some reason.

I can probably think of more things but I think my point is clear at this point.

Depends on the manga and so far the anime with original content such as Claymore, Soul Eater, or Akame Ga Kill have all been awful.

Incursio already adapted to Tatsumi's body so he could better use it, so he doesn't need more muscle and currently Tatsumi should be about as physically strong as a danger beast.

for the best i wish both of them survive but when coming who you wan to survive then i will pick Wave because he has potential uncover story, i am still curious to Wave actual role. the author said he like second player in manga but he has yet to show does him worthy as 2nd mc after Taatsumi so far Wave only display all main character heroic nobility but just that.
this like the author put Wave as reserve player waiting for Taatsumi role over so he can assume the important role in upcoming future
maybe Kurome death will lead us to Wave actual character development?

Wave's not the 2nd MC. The only two MC in this manga are Tatsumi and Akame, and I'd even say Akame is more important than Tatsumi despite getting a lot less screen time than he does.

Wave was supposed to be the POV character for the antagonist team, but that ended up getting wasted because most of the antagonist were boring as fuck and Takahiro didn't give them much attention. Only Esdeath got attention and Takahiro didn't need Wave for that.

I doubt Wave will get any character development at this point. What I expect for him is to want revenge after Kurome dies. It was foreshadowed that he could get stronger and Esdeath was going to train him. I'm pretty sure that's going to happen and he's going to use his power-up to try kill Akame (for revenge) but Tatsumi's probably going to stop him and we'll have a Tatsumi/Wave death match. Tatsumi's going to win and Wave's going do die. But he will die happy because he'll get reunited with Kurome in death.


Knowing Takahiro, we'll get something pretty close to that.

Well it depends whether or not Wave uses Esdeath's opinion, use two Teigus. Kurome's death may cause him to seek more power to the point he actually masters both Teigu at the same time.
