Little Busters - Anime Pre-Airing News and Anticipation

I still don't believe yet that Little Busters! will come out on this October. But If it's really true, that's very really seriously good news. So I can have a motivation to finish summarizing story of all routes for fans in my country

I don't think the AX information should necessarily count as confirmation. It may have been just speculation that somehow ended up in the press pack/guest profile and wasn't properly vetted. I do think that a Fall start is perfectly possible, but I think we should still count this information as "rumour" at this point until there's another piece of corroborating evidence.

Yeah, seconding what RF said. It's evidence, but I'm not ready to accept it as proof just yet. We need something else to prove it.

He might be talking about when the manga ka for the LB manga said that nya busters (i think that was the name) would be airing this autumn.

Since this thread seems to feed on rumours and announcements of announcements, it's worth noting that this month's Dengeki G's Magazine is advertising a special Visual Art's 20th Anniversary Event that will take place on July 29th, where they promise more news about the Little Busters anime. If the anime will in fact be airing this Fall, this seems like an ideal opportunity to confirm it. So, as has been the story for some time now, each announcement is essentially a chance to wait for the next announcement.

But if we look at it rationally all we've got left to find out about is: air date, episode count and I'd venture to say just an animated PV since the char designs for the previous PV were supposedly "final" right?

In addition for the thing left, (For my curiosity)
- CV for Riki & Sasami
- EX Heroine's story route (We already saw Yurippe-Sama.. I mean Saya in first PV but nothing now confirms she will also appear in anime)
- Mini-game elements (Hope anime will adapt them too, especially the fun part - Battle Rankings )


Seriously, what we see now are only first PV that prove Little Busters! is gonna become anime and a draft for each main cast. It is as if we still don't know which direction an anime gonna be.

You mean that the fact that in a 1 minute PV we were teased with Yurippe-sama doesn't confirm her in the anime?

That's like a football team saying that they signed a great player but saying that they won't be playing him.

Still Wasn't the pv made with material that JC sent key's way? If it is made with JC material, then Yurippe-sama is in it.

As has been said before, the major decisions about the anime are made and approved by the production committee, who also pick the key staff who do not necessarily work for the animation studio. And, as is clear in this case, Key had a say in both the selection of the studio and of the main staff; they certainly have enough clout by now to have that right, and had rejected previous offers. So I really don't know why people keep falling back on this old superstition. It's like the lie everyone believes because it's simpler than trying to understand that reality isn't so black-and-white.

The reason why I said this came from this interview from VA Dengeki on April.

Spoiler for Scan on VA Dengeki's previous issue:

Q&A on the upper-right one stated this
Q: "Are EX heroines gonna get their route in the anime too?"
A: "At this time, it is still a secret"
Additional: "Sorry, but we can't talk about this right now. Probably there might or might not be an EX heroine route in the anime?"

Well, from this one it doesn't mean there is no chance there will be no EX routes. So let's be positive and hope they will at least put Yurippe-Sama.... I mean Saya route in the anime too
