Welcome to the episode discussion thread about this week's upcoming episode which Hunter, ElvenPath, Dranz or I will try to post this thread every Wednesday, since it’s the day the episode airs in Japan.

For the people who don't know about the new spoiler tag rules, Spoilers are NOT allowed in this forum except in [Manga] thread and only there.

You MUST use spoiler tags when dealing with the episode until an actual credible sub appears. Discussions in this thread can only involve the current and previous episodes. Members who are caught including events that take place after the current episode in their post will be handed a ban.

Anyway this is what you should discuss in this thread:

Expectations of the episode if not aired or if you haven't seen it yet.
Announcements of which fansub groups have released the episode regardless if it is a RAW or Subbed.
Your comments on the episode if you have seen it both RAW and Subbed.

Just to make it clear there is to be no making new topics about the above things I have just showed you. I will close them down because I made this thread so all the posts regarding this topic will be in one place.

Furthermore, I'd like to ask people to let me, and only me, do the Episode Discussion threads every week. Why? You may ask. Mainly, to avoid confusions and 10+ threads of eager people doing the episode threads. So, please, don’t make episode discussion threads without ElvenPath's, Dranz's or my permission.

So there you have it, just to summarize and add new tidbits of rules:

There is to be no flaming each other, no posting links that allow others to download the licensed Manga or the anime raw episode, no spoilers for future events of the Manga that take place beyond this episode, no annoying questions asking for seeds, ZERO unnecessary spoilers, and try to keep it on topic.

What do you mean that I just copied this lock, stock and barrel from previous discussion threads!!

Spoooky! Hunter is beaten by Oji-san, or is it the mighty geezer who has requested Oji-san to fill in for him? And where is Oji-san's Santa-hat?

The resemblance is uncanny. Yes, yes.. be on topic. I can hear you grumble.

Looks to be Neji's going to get it on in this episode. I also predict Neji will perform a newer version of thousand years of pain on Naruto with his Hakkake at the first chance he gets. Neji's being positioned in the last of the group is no coincidence.

Just watched the raw.

OMFG, This episode is going to rock as soon as it gets subbed and I know what the hell their saying.

But even without knowing what they were saying..It was just fricken awesome.

This episode and the next were really awesome in the manga.
I hope they don't drag it out so much like they usually do in this anime.

BTW, approximately what time does dattebayo release the episode?

Downloading the raw now. It's unusual for them to cover that much manga content in one episode, though I'm sure not complaining.

I think they release between 4am and 7am Thursday morning Eastern Standard Time.

It's around 8:00 - 11:00 PM Pacific, so it would be around 11:00 PM - 1:00 AM Eastern...

Did I hear correctly that there's going to be a one hour special next time? How can they afford to burn through so quickly? Maybe their ratings are dropping or something, but with all the filler they just got through with it doesn't seem like a wise decision to cancel it all out with specials.

Last special was followed by or preceeded by a week without Naruto. I think it's the case this time.

This episode........was OK i guess , but the animation was again so bad sometimes , sometimes Naruto looked like a midget
and neji too , but oh wel !

OMFG, This episode is going to rock as soon as it gets subbed and I know what the hell their saying. But even without knowing what they were saying..It was just fricken awesome. Spoiler: Damn them for leaving off at a cliffhanger end with Neji about to begin his 64 strikes of divination, Damn them! I want to see it against Spider boy Even better, the preview of the next episode...Its really getting hot and heavy with the good stuff now!

The "By the way, it's game over"-part. Anyways, more importantly: I'm sure I heard Naruto saying "Special" in the preview to the next episode, also, I'm just as sure there were TWO titles, not one. Does this mean that we're blessed with ANOTHER special already?!.
