Milk

No not the drink. This a biography ( I guess) of a man named Harvey Milk the first openly homosexual city supervisor in the U.S. don't go see this movie if you are homophobic, and it is rated R for sexual themes, language, and brief violence, but if you can get through that part it really is an interesting movie. Definately not for immature kids, or anyone under 13.

I'm excited to go see it, Milk had an amazing life. The movie has gotten great reviews as well.

The San Francisco Chronicle recently published a series of articles on the events portrayed in the movie. Needless to say, they're probably spoilers for the movie, but interesting reading about a tumultuous time in San Francisco history.
