A lot of nonsense that gets thrown around in anime or manga threads tends to be reaction to certain writers or directors or artists, but the discussion easily gets diluted into studio fanboyism or bashing without serious consideration of the people involved. These are people who may or may not be mobile between projects, especially if the organization they work for are contracted for specific roles under another studio or organization's project.

Why not have a subforum specifically discussing staff or seiyuu or artists? As it is now, some mangaka have a thread on popular series' subforums, and snippets of animators or directors or writers are spread out around like rain in a typhoon.
