Chapter 4 raws is out.

Spoiler for Ch4 raw:

An all female party tries to sneak into a Goblin Lair located in a tree to rescue a girl.
However, the girl is dead and her body was use as a trip alarm to wake up the rest of Goblins who proceed to overwhelm them and knock them by throwing rocks on their heads.
As you can probably guess, the party are raped or killed by the Goblins.
Then Goblin Slayer and the Priestess arrives where he shoots fire arrows into the lair, setting it aflame. One of the Goblins try to use the throw rock at head trick on Goblin Slayer but it doesn't since he's wearing a helmet and is killed by Goblin Slayer's arrow.
The rest of the Goblins tried to escape and Zerg Rush on Goblin Slayer and Priestess but she uses her magic to block the exit, ensuring the Goblins either died from the fire or suffocate. Goblin Slayer decides to not go rescue the captured party inside as he knows they are already dead.
The nearby village sees the smoke and is thankful the Goblin threat is done and a we are introduced to a female elf.

the manga here tone down what happen to those female adventure by quite a bit.

anyway this manga is a great lesson in showing why you wear armor and helmets.

She didn't wear any protective headgear all. One rock was all it take to knock her out. Contrast with GS who wear a helmet ALL THE TIME

Though I only see 3 of the adventurers during that scene: knight being gang raped, thief tied up with 3 arrows an one being burned so where's the 4th girl?

Remember that goblin that wanted to join the party but got kicked out? Look at what the others threw at him which he later was chewing.

Actually, now that I re read that there are actually 2 girls that the goblins are raping. The aerial shot fr above and the scenes depicting their fates - knight got the biggest panel, thief tied up and with arrows in her, one girl being burned and te last panel showing only the girl's leg

There is one more hint though in the large panel where you see all four of them, there were the goblin is waving with the sword you see another female raped by some goblins, most likely the elf warrior given we know what became of the others.

Not much, the ranger was target practice, the mage was burned alive, when the priest tried to kill herself by biting her tongue the goblins stuffed the innards of her comrades into her mouth.

Edit: Oh and the last one, a lady from a fine family gave in to despair seeing her comrades' deaths.

That's kind of the point of the series, to think about the pain and consequences of these supposedly minor events and not be glory hungry high rank adventurer douches who overlook this kind of suffering all the time which is what your comment comes across as.
