Samsung Galaxy Mini -phone for about 100 euro. It's a nice Android phone, but it's kinda difficult to find reliable places to download stuff for it, since I don't want to use Android market. Any ideas?

And why don't you want to use the market? It's the best place to get software for androids and most of the stuff is free (so far I only forked over cash for a better keyboard: swiftkey).

Also I'm sorry to say you didn't do a very good choice: you'll soon feel the limitation of the QVGA screen of the Mini (I know, I've been using a QVGA Android device for the past year and a half)

Also if you really want to explore alternative ways to get apps try these:

Skin for my new PSP :

Spoiler for skin:

+ 16GB Memory stick, no image :P

These are physical purchases. I bought BC2 on Steam when it was on sale during the Summer Camp, as well as Beat Hazard Ultra and Magicka. On that note, any Beat Hazard players here? Would be nice to play some anime themed songs together in the online mode.

OEMs actually still use QVGA? Even midrange devices are showing up with WVGA these days, and the cheapy ones have been using HVGA for a while... the high end is moving to qHD!

I'm fine with my HTC Glacier's 480x800 S-LCD screen... it's rather pretty.

I bought a pink and white jumper dress from Baby the Stars Shine Bright in San Francisco.

I don't have a the rest of my outfit yet, so no pictures of it actually on me yet. It looks pretty droopy without any poofiness in the skirt.

@ Dextro: Actually, I'm still quite happy with it. I think I got it cheap and I can use to pass a few idle moments when needed. What I would had preferred, though, would had been the simplest, cheapest dual-sim phone in the market, but sadly there were none.

I don't want to use Android market because: a) it wants to identify my phone, which I find unnecessary, and b) the actual registration keeps on failing. So I would have to troubleshoot for something I really don't want.

Yep yep. PM me your steam username.

Back on track, I also got Killing Floor in the Steam Summer Camp sale. £3.50's a bargain!

My latest purchase.. hmmm... um... fuel for the car? >.>

Srsly though, FEAR 3 off of Steam. Last physical item purchased for enjoyment though I'd have to say would be upgrade parts for my PC. new MB (can't remember), CPU (i5 2500k), GFX (GTX460) and RAM (4GB Corsair) and win7pro 64 bit for ~$900-$1000, which should last for a for another four or so years until I need to upgrade it again.

edit: Actually last month I got a Logitech G510.

Latest purchase... hm...

Last purchase I made was for the Rizzoli & Isles: The Complete First Season DVD case. Cost me about 35 bucks when I picked it up at Best Buy.
