Sorry about that. I just couldn't think of a suitable way of explaining it. Let me quote the original question:

(This scene end the 'Piece connecting' part in the Original VN). This scene really bugs me lol.
Rika can never remember all the details about the previous kakera she has visited. Now, I can't remember the scene you are talking about too well, but I don't think it's unreasonable to believe that Rika expects Hanyuu to tell her about what happened, since she seems to be able to remember these things.

It's the final scene before we enter the real Matsuribayashi world.
In the VN I don't remember if there was this scene.
It's illogical because in monagoroshi she knew Takano was the culprit , then in the in the 'Piece connecting' part of the anime adaptation , she knows she is the culprit, we enter Matsuribayashi and she forgets. Really weird.

Plus, I would not be surprised if Hanyuu always knew it was Takano.

higurashi kai - The first one they failed, the second one they succeeded, are they trying to change fate?

edit: At the end of higurashi kai, it shows Bernkastel...... or is it Rika or both?

Hmmm… That's kinda explained in more detail in Umineko. I suggest you read that if you haven't already.

I'll answer it here anyway, but I'll put it in a spoiler box for people who haven't read Umineko:

Spoiler for Umineko:

Of course I have read Umineko . But it does not really explain it.
Rika the cute girl - Kuroi Rika the real Rika - and In Minagoroshi Bernkastel Frederica.
Kuroi Rika is not Frederica. Frederica can't control Kuroi Rika....
Bern is the piece of Featherine, oponent is Lambda.

Aaaah, I have no idea. I just think the anime messed up.

Didn't it previously state that Rika tends to forget the last part of her prievious life (she never remembers how she dies unless it is a prolonged, like supposedly Shion did to her what she did to Satoko in one version of the tale).

It doesn't help that Hanyuu is running out of power and not only is the time allowed becoming less and less, but the memories are also becoming fragmented for Rika.

Isn't Hanyuu the only one who remembered the memory?

Rika remembers as well. She just always blanks out right before being killed, at least in the worlds where she is killed by the ultimate true killer.

Hanyuu is the only one who can remember everything.
Rika remembers everything except usually for how she dies.
Everyone else usually forgets everything, apart from a few occasions where they retain vague memories.

And it is very difficult for rika to remember how she dies because they normally drug her (cloroform?) before ripping her intestines out; in the end of minagoroshi she specifically asks SPOILER not to drug her so she can remember.

She eventually remembers. Hanyuu's powers are so weak that Rika's memory becomes spotty at the end unless she gets triggers to jog it.

Even Hanyuu forgot. She only remembered when she saw SPOILER. Before she saw SPOILER, she had no knowing of who was the culprit.

Why are there two Rika's in this clip below? (I don't know which anime it's from, I think it's a filler one though)

That's from the last episode of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kira. There are two Rikas because one of them came from the past (aka, time traveling was involved).

Mmm, and she botched it up or something...?

Well Kira is just uncanon filler so maybe I shouldn't think about that too much.

Your question can easily be answered by watching the episode in question. It's actually not a bad episode by any means; actually quite interesting.
