I recently downloaded the first episode of Eiken..and when I open it in Real Player, it says "Streams are missing" and plays the audio..

1/ Uninstall Real Player.

2/ If you have DivX installed, uninstall it.

3/ Follow level 0 and 1 of the Media Configuration Guide.
