After the first episode I was wondering where this would go, but after seeing episode 2 I think there is more potential. I'm not too sure how I feel about this series, but I will watch episode 3.

yup this series probably has good potential. Novel readers still talk about it so it has to be above average. I'll continue this.

Nice, an episode 2 discussion thread. I am guessing that since there were so many posts in the General Discussion thread, so they might not be migrated over here to this thread. I will posts some thoughts here as well, even though they could be repeats from the other threads.

So with Ichika's suit performing First Shift in this episode, it begs to continue that there will be a Second Shift some time in the future? I wonder how many shifts a suit can make? Will there be a "God Shift" where he can blow up the world in one slice if he wanted to?

Also, with the map of where the IS suits are researched around the world, I wonder if that is really all the locations? I bet there are some secret locations researching them that are not reported.

That brings me to the missing Dr. Shinonono Tabane. Did she get kidnapped, or did she intentionally go missing? What is she doing right now? Did she develop more or better cores for someone?

Finally, as I mentioned in the other thread, the good old doctor made only 467 cores, which is not only a prime number, but it is also known as an Eistein Prime. I am guessing that is a homage to the most well known scientist in the modern era.

I think Dr. Tabane went missing by her own reasons, that should be explained in the future, at least I hope so.

A subforum? =O

Well what I love in this ep is the fight, of which it's not to shabby but it kept most of the action on-going.

10/10.

Definitely watching this show.
Girls are cute, main lead isn't a total idiot, animation is smooth and setting is awesome especially sharing a room with a girl.

Overall 10/10 enjoyment even though it is a cliche-harem anime.

Hmm. Checked out this series due its popularity. It is pretty bad I must say.

Every single scene is so cliche it might as well have been the patching together of scenes from 10000 average anime shows.

I think that although there are many cliches, this show may still have potential to go somewhere. And anyways, compared to the other shows of this season, it can actually be considered good.

Sorry but Eisenstein != Einstein.

You didn't find anything about the fight a bit standard?

Antagonist: I'm so much better than you. Take this!
Protagonist: Crap! I'm in trouble but atleast I can keep up!
Antagonis! No way! He can keep up? No one has been able to do that before!
Protagonist: IMMA GONNA BEAT YOU NOW!
Antagonist: Don't underestimate me! *Reveals secret technique!*
Protagonist: Oh shit, IT'S A PIIIIINNNNCH!
*Protagonist powers up*
Antagonist: No way! He was holding back the entire time! What awesome power!
Protagonist: *insert idealistic speech before giving the final blow*
Antagonist: *Defeat Means Friendship*

That, or the Sixth Ranger comes along and helps the Protagonist with their Moment of Awesome... Or steals it.

Anyways, I'm about to watch this episode, I wonder if its really that cliche as everyone says it is?
