There are currently 2 seasons of AMG. There's also 244+ manga released (Untranslated). These are what's out.

244+ Manga
2 Complete Seasons (50 Episodes)
2 OVA's (A six Episode original, and a 2 episode Fighting Wings)

I am pretty sure he means only 244 chapters that are released. Source: I have checked wikipedia for all the Oh/Ah! My goddess manga chapter releases it's only chapters 243 and 244 that have not yet been released in the tankōbon format.

hello everyone, i also have a question regarding the manga. Does the manga series only goes up to 37 volumes? because I have checked wiki (i know its not a very reliable source) but it says "37" under the manga section on the right hand side of the page.

I believe that just reflects the current issue of the series. AFAIK there is no indication in the scanlated manga storyline of the series ending any time soon.

Actually, if you check the List of Oh My Goddess! chapters also on Wiki, they not only list the whole contents of Volume 38, but they also list several chapters from the bi-monthly manga release which will eventually be volume 39, that have not yet even been collected into tankōbon format.

Another thing, the manga is up to chapter 245 already. You just need to check the updates. In addition to what mdauben said, Kosuke has not announced that he would be ending the AMG! series anytime soon. It's just speculation, since the releases are becoming slower. The reasons for the slow manga releases are because Kosuke has a bunch of other projects going on rather than AMG!. He is currently teaming up or something with another artist working on the same AMG! Not a mangaka, but an artist to help him during the time he does all his other works.

Actually, while I think that is the chronological release order, I would not watch the AMG movie until you have watched at least the first season of the TV series. While the movie is not technically part of the TV continuity, it is close enough that it helps to be familiar with either the TV series or the manga first. The movie is set a couple years after Kei and Beldandy first meet and kind of assumes a prexisting knowledge of the characters and the backstory.

Adventures of Mini Goddesses is really an extra. Has no relative context to the manga, just a little parody I would presume. You can watch through all the episodes in just one sitting.

I'm very interested in Ah! My Goddess the anime and I've finished the whole series 2 times and I'm looking for any other animes that are just like AMG. I really love AMG and would want to continue watching animes of the same genre.

If anything you should go to the "Suggestions" sub-forum and make a thread there asking for anime's similar to AMG, but if you want a suggestion that is similar to this anime then I would recommend Love Hina although it doesn't contain any magical aspects that are in AMG, even so, Love Hina was pretty good.
