Exactly, i mean almost all pictures of Lelouch and C.C. hints to their pairing, but that doesn't say anything about actual ending of second season. According to magazine scan this supposed to be February issue (not sure about this).

Well, their contract implies that they are close as they are accomplises, so I guess that could be an explanation. I wonder if they'll start putting him with the other girls in pictures to keep us guessing.

That would be a great ending; maybe Kallen assuming she's alive ends up as a knight similar to what Cornelia was to Marianne, but like you said chances of that are very low.
