Thats understandable, of course ive also mentioned that Akuha being part of the Shuzen family and Miu families made her join Fairy Tale anyway for now, this would put Akuha in a difficult position.
Akuha is probably well aware of Fairy Tale and the Yuki-Onna village incident, if this were to be true, than Akuha wouldnt be very happen that Fairy Tale unknowningly targeted her sister, with Kahlua involved in the incident, though like Kahlua, Akuha no doubt is an assassin hired by Fairy Tale to do various tasks, Kahlua and Miyabi showed there first signs of deception when Miyabi without there bosses knowing, cancelled Kahlua's order to kill every1 in the village, Miyabi not caring what the boss says told Kahlua to stop what she was doing in which kahlua did willingly to prevent her from killing Moka and Kokoa.
Akuha, however, now that shes made her move with the Miu family (but no Fairy Tale), is also signs of her first deception against the Fairy Tale organization and i think that Hokuto and Kiria contacted Akuha rather than Fairy Tale and told her about Moka which is why i strongly believe Akuha is trying to get to Moka before Fairy Tale becomes full aware of the situation going on and Akuha beat them to her.
While we all know that Akuha's original goal was world domination, that may not be her goal in the present timeline, now to why she would want to hurt the sister she truly loves to do what ever she has in mind is beyond me, thats not really the case here.
While Hokuto on the other hand may be apart of Fairy Tale, he has his own plans which was to get in contact with Tsukune and warn him of the dangers that he will soon face and as for Kiria well, hes just stalking Moka
Bottom line is they all have there own goals which don't "exactly" follow through to what Fairy Tale is trying to do, there impression is "sure, we may be a part of this organization, but we do what we want, when we want", thats there impression and Akuha's as well.
I see Fairy Tale as more as a "gang" type organization, they basically "do what they want", which allows all this to be possible.
So, ill follow what you say for now, but ill see it like this.
50/50 chance of Akuha being a goodie or baddie, but this will ultimately be decided when Akuha reveals her goals.
