Holy crap.. just 21 and by the looks of it, this show isn't going to end anytime soon.
They changed alot of things here and there from the manga but the overall theme still holds out. Simca's genesis gathering and the drawing out the line between Sleeping Forest and Genesis' rivalry. oh btw, we got something extra from Rie Tanaka this episode. |

OST tracks I liked are only: #14 - Blind 2 See, #25 - Overkooled, & #31 - Mr Shine
I was kinda dissapointed with the OST too someething felt they were missing. maybe i missed it but i didn't hear the "variation" of the intro song Chain by Back On in the ost. Usually played all slow and without any singingIts played throughout the series esspecially during the slow motion scenes with Ikki pwning the people he faces. Also I didn't find the background music tahts also played inteh series which was recently in ep 20 when they talking between Kaito and Sora. Right before Akira gave himself up. OST 2 better have those. I mean shit its played throughout the anime so much Ep 21 was pretty good. I wonder whats going to happen next. WTF with Simca cutting her hair too |

Of course its an amazing OST, and pretty much each track is a good listen.. i'm just pissed of that the two tracks from the series i've wanted on a OST since episode 02 aren't there.. it just hurts. ;_;
Ah well, here's hoping for a second soundtrack.. though i really can't see that happening.

Was it just me, or did the nurse turn from ugly to hot from 20 to 21?
But anyways, with the events that transpired from ep 21, I couldn't help thinking that it would be REALLY easy for them to make a rush ending to fit within 26 eps. But a couple points: 1) There ARE a couple tracks that weren't on the OST - besides the orchestral versions of the OP, there were a couple in this ep that I didn't recognize. 2) Tritoch says that while they changed a few things from the manga, it's still sticking to the general flow. Manga's still going, though I don't know if this arc is done with in the manga yet 3) The next episode's preview looks to be a sidestory or filler of sorts, and only trainwrecks of series take a detour from the main story this late in the season I know I said I was going to be pessimistic, but these points are starting to change my mind about AG being only 26 eps. There's still the potential for that - I can see somehow Ringo resurrects Sleeping Forest to face off against Genesis, Ikki beats Sleeping Forest, then makes some speech of how we should all just fly, poof, the end. I hope it doesn't pan out that way though, otherwise it'll be a lot like the TenTen anime. The only way to tell for sure is by reaching ep 23 - usually Japanese sites will have episode titles at least 2 or 3 in advance. |
