So I only want to know this: Is this novel's main way of processing story like Toaru? (Like Touma is always at the center but sometimes Accelerator or Hamazura gets to take the lead ?)

Kaito really isn't a bad guy.

In fact, he will regret what happened to Yuu and try to search for him later. Something about a powerless person being forced to make his own way(lol). At the same time though, he isn't qualified to be the hero yet. Only someone free of negative emotions can be the hero, as demons are made more powerful by such. He hates Agniera for what happened to the knight-girl, although he is recently getting better.

Yuu was suitable because his real personality is a fighting maniac. He never hated the demons, and only saw them as worthy opponents. This is why he was chosen by the holy sword.

Also, he still has his magic, but refuses to use most of it. He has a vow to not draw the holy sword for his own sake because of something that happened in the past. He is still super OP without it, and is genuinely immortal unless the holy sword leaves him.

Then what's with the zero magic when he got summoned?Did he intentionally give such a score? BTW, are you actually reading the Japanese raws?

I think Kaito's going to go nuts and 'turn to the dark side' when he discovers that Yuu was actually the previous hero. He will probably blame Yuu for failing his task of killing demons. He will probably believe that if Yuu actually did his job correctly, the knight-girl wouldn't have died and the remaining demons would have been defeated much easily.

No, im only reading a GT and it isn't that good. Still don't get this obsession with Kaito turning evil though. I'm not sure about why the test turned a 0, but I'd guess that

Yeah and glowing red eyes are mainly show by someone really dark or evil.

My guess about the magic thing is that heroes wield a different but similar source of power to magic which was why the tests couldn't pick it up. It acts lik magic but isn't actually magic.

Well, just read up to what there is, although not quite understanding everything and skipping or skimming parts of some sections due to not particularly caring about what it was concerning. But there was a rant by the antagonist—yes, the antagonist of volume 3—concerning Yuu I wanted to share. Should note that volume 3 is still being written. May have misinterpreted a line or two, but this is a general translation of it:

...Him, an enemy of God? Laughable. If he is God's enemy, then all the people in this world are grave sinners. Summoned to another world without knowing why, coughing blood while continuing fighting, betrayed numerous times, nearly overwhelmed by the karma of man, and still he bore the world on his shoulders for the woman he loved, so why must he be treated as such!? ...I am overcome with pity. Unable to live his life out with Her Majesty, unable to to keep Her Majesty alive, unable to live out his life in the land Her Majesty passed away in, and still he who left this land with a smile could possibly be a grave sinner!? ...Heh heh, I am overcome with pity. Do you think otherwise? He must overcome sorrows. ...Beyond facing such painful experiences, there's but pity for not being able to be killed!!

There's more context involved in this, of course, but where's the fun in revealing that?

Basically, I'm expecting things to go really wrong at some point. Fun characters and interactions, though.

It's the church assassin Bernadette. She was sent to kill the previous hero Yuu, but when she found him, he managed to convince her through some twisted logic that they aren't the same person. Despite looking similar and having the same name....yeah. She is basically a harem member at this point, but this is the scene where she finds out they really are the same person.

She really isn't evil in any way, but the church is corrupt in this story. Because of something that happened in the past and Yuu's perceived inhumanity, he is the enemy of the church. They trick her into thinking he is evil, and she believes absolutely(since she was raised by the church.)

"Her Majesty" is Olivia, the first princess of Rizerion. Yuu was in love with her, but she died on their quest. About the church, there is only flashbacks and I don't remember that well. Something to do with an archbishop's greed or something. I wasn't that interested.

The archbishop is the one who is corrupt, though with it's leader being corrupt, it doesn't close the possibility that the church is also corrupt. Anyway, the archbishop was trying to get the "three sisters of Rizerion" for himself. These three sisters are known to be one of the most beautifuls girls in the world. Yuu foiled his plans and because of that, he harbors hatred for Yuu, announcing that Yuu is the enemy of humankind, an apostle of Evil. Since summary already been made for the rest of vol1 there:
- Sylvia Lot Sherliot Rizerion : the second princess of Rizerion. She is one of Yuu companion in Yuu's heroic days. her little sister
- Alicia Lark Sherliot Rizerion : the third princess of Rizerion. Was the person who teach Yuu in ways of magic or anything about magic, she is revered as the prodigy of magic.
- Olivia Fin Lutecia Rizerion : the first princess of Rizerion. She is also the Holy Saint who accompanies the Hero, Yuu on his perilous journey to slay the Demon King. Presumed dead on the last fight against the Demon King.
- Norn : Headmistress of the Guild and Yuu's master. She was the first generation of Hero.
- Terachio: one of the 6 Demon Prince, he represents the element of earth and is strong on defense.

About Yuu's magic, AFAIk, he can't use magic. But even without that, he can do superhuman feats. He can shoot a compressed air by flicking his finger, and the strength it produce can thrown a very large boar with just one hit. He attained this skill back in his world by throwing flicking rubber eraser out of boredom. His slash can slice through even advanced level of magic. When Flam said Yuu can also use Magic Slash, I think the magic power it generated comes from Alt Friede not from Yuu himself. Not sure about this, I need to reread.

About his fighting style, He dual wields a set of magic swords consisting of a dagger with blue crystal blade and a slick sword with green crystal blade. I forgot the name, anyway these swords could be joined on each butt of sword, and formed into a red crystal sword, this sword can extend like a chain whip. His other weapons include throwing knives and short spears for throwing. His strongest fighting style is: dual wielding sword and spear. All fighting style and skills he have, seems to be developed from his chuuni knowledge

I think up until the latest chapter now, the story are still about introducing the world and its characters. I agree with sasuke706 and eager to wait for the big turning point.
