something trying to install in Appdata temp files

Hi, for some weeks now a program or app seems to be trying install something on \admin\appdata\local\temp of my drive c.

the installation always fails.. and it has only caused me minor annoyance so far, with the failed to install window appearing once every 1 and half hour or so..

what could this be? malware? or is it an app on my browser?

if anyone knows how to stop this thing. Thanks a lot.

Do you have MicroTorrent (µTorrent) on your PC?

yes, have utorrent always active.

but I had utorrent for a long time already, even before this problem.

is there some new update to utorrent that's causing this?

qBittorrent has been clean and the superior torrent client for years. Perhaps try switching to it.

Try manually updating µTorrent or, as EroKing suggested, switching to qBittorrent.

ok, uninstalled utorrent last night.

then ran a newly updated esetnod32 scan. The scan took almost two hours, there were 8 detection of malicious files, and all those 8 files are utorrent related. Cleaned them, and also did a disk cleanup to empty temporary files and temporary internet files.
