Don't worry, I know it, I just wanted to show Blaat that even Germany has its fair share of dumb journalists.
There are bad examples in almost every country, the difference is that while in some countries journalists crack jokes at other footballing nations without any "hostility", in some others (as in Spain recently) they suddenly feel the urge to throw mud at others for no reason at all.

Which is why I am glad USA defeated Spain. Not because I hate the spanish team (great players and great individuals), but because atleast now the spanish press will shut up about other nations and focus on their own issues.

Surely Italy lost against Brazil, that can happen. What is Spain's excuse? Bad hair day?

Aw man I wish South Africa had won. It was so hilarious seeing USA rape Spain like that. Unless it's England I'm always rooting for the underdog.

Euro U-21 final will be: Germany vs England

We (Italy) lost our semi 1-0 against Germany but I don't have much to complain about, we did play very well in the first half but we weren't clinical enoguh and lacked the killer finish to score a goal. Still, this u-21 side looks way and way better than the senior one so even if they're out of the tournament I want to congratulate with them and hope that some of these youngsters will soon join the senior team.

And of course congratulation to Germany and best of luck at the final.

It's a shame we lost, but truth be told that Germany are a pretty good team anyway

What? the second part of my post is talking about Germany vs Italy, you guys won your semifinal vs Sweden at penalties and will face Germany at the final.
I think you're forgetting that I am from Italy, although 90% of the presence here is generally from England or supports England.

There, edited so that you can understand who I was talking about (although I thought it was obvious ).

^^^ you should try and catch some European games, those are amazing. very quick and exicting all the time....no offenece but, MLS is like the championship hear in England. those teams would find it very hard in the EPL. i have caught some MLS games on five from time to time and it just dose't work. there not quick enough in finding the gaps. and there isn't any passion.

watch players like kaka, c renaldo, gerrard, a young, drogba and arshavin. i mean the list goes on but they all fight with everything. I mean renaldo and drogba can be a little cry babys at times but, they've still got it.

in saying that i saw Donevan(can't spell) in the egypt game he was showing some moves.

p.s just wondering what page in the newspaper was the news that USA football team beat Spain, and when they qualified form the group stages after beating Italy???

USA is up 2-0 vs Brazil right now. It seems this dream run is still on. Didn't they lose earlier to them like 0-3?

This is turning to be as shocking as Greece's Euro 2004 victory.

I'm glad that Brazil won the match tonight, talk about a screamer of a match goal-wise!
