C71 begins, I believe, on Sunday. Typically, you'll see a flood lower resolution images promoting the artists' works and a trickle of HR doujin scans right before Comic Market and then a flood of HR scans shortly after. I'd give it a week or two.

As for the poster photos, they're from the new Megami. They'll probably start popping up over the next few days.
