Not looking for a title, but an ending to anime. I was able to find the title of this old anime I watched as a kid called Romeo no Aoi Sora.

I am looking for a manga where a boy is just transferring to a school he happens to pass by a window where a piece of cloth fell he was returning it by going through the open window but the girl in there is caught half dressed and she trys to kill him and then in the street challenges him to a duel but he hasnt got a sword someone from the crowd gives him one and they fight during this time some unknown sniper tries to kill her but he reacts fast enough to save her this manga uses magic

i watched a OVA hatsukoi limited: gentei shojo where a girl forgot her panties.. and i ask to myself .. if there is a anime that a girl doing this.. it's important for me because i haven't find a similar anime or episode that talk about this thing .. please tell me all you know..

There's such an episode in both seasons of Strike Witches, where one of the girls forgets her panties and steals someone else's, then the victim also takes another girl's, and so on

What do you mean which season? There is season one with 2x 13 episodes, so yes if you want to watch episode 14-26 you obviously should watch 1-13 before. And there is also White Album 2, which has an entirely different cast of characters.
