Update for the XBOX360 version of Clannad, new CG and maybe a new scenario. Can I hope for a Nishina Rie route?

I found Kanon and AIR rather bland as well. But that's probably just the fact that the ideas of the story don't mash well with my interests. But because of their series quality, I'm definitely looking forward to Clannad, along with Ghost Hound (Which was done by the person who did Lain, apparently. Now normally I don't squeal like a little girl but...)

It hasn't shipped yet. Given that the application deadline was only two weeks ago, I wouldn't expect to see it for another few weeks, at least. The turnarounds on mail-in offers aren't usually very quick. They could surprise by shipping it quickly, but I wouldn't count on it.

Yeah she is. But she is more agressive than Kagami. Also much more fun to watch ^-^. Ryou is a bit more with it than Tsukasa though.

Only that Kyou could count herself luckier, because she has Sunohara on which to take out all her frustrations (mostly concerning Tomoya). Whereas Kagamin only has video games, and she always gets beaten by Kona-chan at those.

As for Ryou, I guess Tsukasa-chan would behave like her if she had a guy to have a crush on. Though Tsukasa-chan is slightly klutzier.

It's still relatively quiet here, even though Lucky Star just ended. Am I sensing the calm before the storm? When would CLANNAD get its own section? (I'm sure we can all agree it's only a matter of time. ) For I already have some stuff I want to discuss in separate threads.

@Kinny,

Just wait until KyoAni announces CLANNAD's episode count. Whatever it may be, it's sure guaranteed to generate the storm you're looking for.

Is anyone realistically expecting anything other than 24-26 episodes? I mean, sure, people have said that they'd like it to be longer, but I can't imagine that anyone believes it's going to realistically happen. Late-night anime that run longer than 2-cour are extremely few and far-between. So I can't see it generating much of a controversy, personally.

@relentlessflame,

I refer you to Skane-sama's snark-post;

Cheers.
In other words....there is no rule in this world which states that a Kagikko's expectations has to be realistic.

I am. 3 cours. 2 cours are school days, 1 cours is after story. After 2, Haruhi will air, 1 cours, splitting Clannad.

Only a KyoAni show could inspire a nearly 900 page thread before the series has even aired. I am looking forward to this one, with plenty of tsundere goodness =)

I go with Option 4 all the way! (Down with Haruhi! Up for Key) But I feel sorry for FMP fans though.
