First of all, this is the signature requesting thread.
Secondly, your request probably won't be picked up as of right now because there are too less descritption, you need at least the episode number, and the time frame.

It really doesn't matter to me how you spruce it up I just don't like it looking so plain. Anything is fine really just don't make it too overcrowded. If you want to add any words, the name of the main anime is Baccano (obviously spoofing Lucky Star) and the characters names there are Isaac and Miria.

I couldn't get the background the way you wanted it, as such abilities are out of my range. o.o I hope this is fine for you. xD My abilities at making sigs right now pretty much suck, as I use sucky adobe photoshop 6.0 and I'm having trouble finding resources to help me make backgrounds with in this program. Feel free to hate the sig if you want. xD I'll attempt to make matching avatars as you asked, but be warned they will probably be cropped versions of the sig.

It was a bit difficult fitting all that text you wanted into your specified dimensions. Hope you don't mind how I wrote "Gundam Exia" in the sig.
