If that's how you look at it, it sucks.

In any case, there is still the series and this shoujo manga to go for a sugary ending.

I said that was just one reviewer's opinion, which clearly was missing on the others. I wrote it off as some ship tease they took seriously. *shrugs*

One reviewer lists there's a conversation about the Triangle. Maybe "interview" was the wrong term rather it seems that the three of them are rambling. But Kawamori (and Risa Ebata), according to them, are involved in the talk with the mangaka. So do they report something it's not there?

I'll know when I order all the goodies (I'm waiting for the Sheryl Visual collection release, to order all in one swoop).

It's okay! Thank you for the confirmation. I know I would have spent weeks of anxious wait until the goodies are shipped to get my doubts cleared. <3

I was going to be disappointed if Risa Ebata and Kawamori weren't included, after my built expectations.

I really want to see the part with little Sheryl, tbh.

well why can't I say ??: I love shojo's mangas!! but that does not mean I do not like the end of the movie, and I find it epic, I just think making a mixture of the two in my mind HAHAH

Well, contrary to Yot, I don't see how logically Ranka can wear a wedding dress and not expect to be wedded.

Bridesmaids normally get to wear hideous contraptions selected by the bride.

Anyway, I'm not that surprised if the mangaka wanted to go to that direction (being shoujo...). Brera/Ranka seems insanely popular (faaaaaaar more popular than other het pairing in Frontier, after Alto/Sheryl). Makes me sad because my het OTP is Klan/Michel and is hard to find good stuff for them.

It's probably the color coordination matches that the fanartists like. Yellow-Green. Pink(Red)-Blue.

Yot-chan Minmay Guard Join Date: May 2009	Quick run-through of Sheryl Vol. 3: Spoiler for Stuff I liked: The art remains really, REALLY nice. The Vajra attacks (mostly told in flashbacks) are harrowing and well-done. The big battle at the end is also quite stunning. And Nanase's in it. Spoiler for Stuff I didn't like: The story remains kinda lame. And Sult, the goth-loli-villainess is pretty laughable, even after she gets her gruesome backstory told. Spoiler for The ending: As others have hinted, yes, this is the (nearly) unambiguously Sheryl ending you've all been waiting for. Alto confesses his love, goes off to fight, and he and Brera get caught in the Vajra Queen's fold. Then Sheryl and Ranka are in a church wearing wedding dresses (I'm not sure why), along with a priest. The priest looks up and says, "Oh, what are those birds high up in the sky?" Ranka and Sheryl look up and say, "A red bird...and a white bird..." The last page shows them waving as the silhouettes of Alto's YF-29 and Brera's VF-27 can be seen high up in the sky.
