Q: What is Rebuilt of StrikerS?
A: Essentially it would be a shounen take on the 7Arcs watered-down version, with a dramatically different ending and various other plotlines, both CC and OC will hopefully be explored.

Q: A departure from canon? That's quite a surprise, coming from you.
A: Well you could say that the call for reform has been around ever since the story seemed to take a nose-dive, while resorting to cheap plot devices and serving up pointless fanservice. I first went with it, but having nothing much to do without a satellite uplink, I decided, "ah what the heck, let's try writing it as Keroko-kun has been doing all along."

That means we're looking at full OC inclusion from the get-go for one. Also, we're attempting to expand the Nanohaverse at the same time, so apart from a better coverage of Belka and Midchilda, expect to see the Eta's musical approaches mixed with technology like the space elves they are, the infamous walker technologies that should've been there, and maybe the Tang's ofuda magics.

Of course, that also means the 82nd will appear, Chrono will appear, there's be druid!Yuuno, even Canaad and Kira.

Q: So are the changes cosmetic?
A: Yes some are cosmetic, like adding service personel to the deserted hallways of Riot 6 Base, to a scene of Carim showing her stuff in parliamentary debate. But other include showcasing the full arsenal of the TSAB, explaining several plotholes like why the fleet was 3 hrs from home, and giving the Belka forces more screentime.

Q: Do you have anything you'd like to mention of the take?
A: Firstly, I'd like you to watch for the preface to be released together with the first chapter. The justification for this crackproject will be explained there. :3

Secondly, once things go to Akham in Crenagan City, expect not drones but mass-produced Numbers VS Aerial Aces from the Air Force. We're gonna have massive mage to mage battles at the level of Gundam Wing's Battle of Mas. Full beam spam, and Nanoha will show off more tricks that befits her White Demon moniker, like Fin Funnels, insane accuracy and stunts stunts stunts!

Thirdly, I'd like to take this chance to develop the Tausend Kreuz to full. Having an AI that's the Seiou is begging for this to happen.

Also, this would be a great time to bring out the link between Jail and Kha. The good Doc's not going down with a home run; expect him to keep coming back for more, with more machines and back up, like a scientist, fueled by desire and devoid of humanity, should be.

Though I'd certainly like to join (depending on possible co-authorship like what I do with Aaron), it doesn't seem like Leona and the rest would be able to come into picture.

It was a time before all or any records were kept, at a time when terms such as "humankind" and "gods" were not even existing. It was a time before all time began, in a place, that if termed in the modern sense, is called "Heaven". It was a land of wonder, a land nestled among the clouds, where people lived in a state that we could consider modern, or even high-tech. And amongst this country of wonder is Tentou, the grand capital, a city of a hundred thousand souls- and in the center of that grand city, is the Governal Castle, the home of the elected ruler of "Heaven" during his five year term- Currently the residence of the Kaisler Family. Richard Kaisler is the Current Governor of "Heaven", while his Wife Elda, serves as the duly elected Mayor of Tentou. And with them is thier only child, Junon of 13 years, an average student trying to make his way into junior high, much to the animosity of his parents, for he always got himself in all sorts of trouble. And for this week, it was over a girl.

"Honestly my child..." Elda began one of her long lectures as mother and child began to walk towards a part of the Castle's public section. "I'm almost had it with you..."
"But mother, I was just trying to protect her from Kurin's guys..." the boy protested, trying to match strides with his mother.
"And yet the teachers caught you instead... when are you going to take some responsilibity and sense into your actions?"

They arrive at a door with the signage for a meeting room.
"We shall talk to you later... and no wandering off!!!"
Heeding his mother's advice, he simply sat on the bench and began to wait- sometimes, being a son of a government official was taxing- well do you expect to simply sit in a bench waiting for when?

Only fifteen minutes passed by the way when Junon stood up. He began to walk the hallway, checking each room and greeting anyone inside that was working. After a few doors, he was infront of the room the Archeological Society uses to store objects until they were ready to be examined. During his visits to the public areas, he was a welcome sight, for both his parents were members of the group. He helped himself in and checked each article that was in there- pottery, ancient books, and even long jeweled objects that baffled the archelogists as to what thier use was. He was constantly reminded that "Heaven" had a rich history extending at least fifteen generations back. But all of that walking was taking a toll at him- and so he sat down, on what seemed to be an unusually huge piece of clouded rectangular crystal.

"This is cool... literally." Junon though as he began to lay down on the slab. "Feels like i'm laid down on ice..."

But then, he suddenly fell off the block without any imput from him. And to his suprise, he felt that something pushed him off the block. And to his horror, there was a hand sticking out of the block, a feminine white hand. He could only gape as the hand was followed by another one, and then, both hands grabbed the edges of the block and out of it, a body arose, a female body- without any covering of any sort. Reeling back from the initial shock, Junon began to stare that the female that was now sitting in the block. She had long blonde hair, Opaline white skin and aboreal green eyes that were looking at him.

"Are? What am i doing here?" the female asked.

Hmm, "without any covering of any sort" ... Junon was pretty lucky for a first time (though he's a bit young).

Still, this is an interesting read. It looks like Junon and the female will have a long way to go.

A juvenile looking, "scruffy" young man, tall and lean at 6'1, 175 pounds. He usually wears all white uniforms, with black shoes and buttons. He has short blonde hair, green eyes, and a small dusting of facial hair.

His Barrier Jacket consists of a white "breastplate" with red and black Belka cross on the shoulders, black gauntlets, a black belt on white pants, and black shoes.

Even though he tends to look "serious", in reality, he has a very playful side to him. He has no shame about partying and having fun, is very confident (sometimes to a fault) with the ladies, and is sometimes a troublemaker when he's not actually doing something important. He is known in his unit for being able to hold his drink like a man twice his age (which got him in the good graces of O'Neill immediately, though those good graces are tested with his occasional antics).

At the same time, when something is happening, he is always the first to take up his weapon and head to the battle, he will mix it up in the front lines despite that not being his skill, and he has a way of finding weaknesses in opposing sides and attempting to exploit them. He is very idealistic, despite his sometimes frivolous appearance, and that was part of the reason while he took to Belka ideals - he considers himself a knight at heart, with all that entails.

Okay so far. Except he's neo-belkan and melee is not his skill? You do know that Midchildan is primarily range attacks with a bit of melee thrown in every now and then while neo-belkan is mainly melee with some range spells right? Anyway not that great a problem since USB500's did something like this before.

I'm not too sure about your 2nd to 4th spells. I think these need rebalancing. I don't really like applying stats since we don't really have a good agreed upon scale and it tends to lock your attacks to a certain power range. I don't apply stats to mine since you can dump extra mana into a spell to strengthen it a lot when you need to do so and people can hardly call you out on it since they don't know how strong is it in the first place. Ahem, anyway.... while we're talking about stats, I will say no to your bombardment spell since Nanoha's Starlight breaker isn't that good. Iirc the power is S, range is B and casting speed is a F. Although the stats are old, I don't think It has changed that much.

Due to the fact that his family thought highly of the newly rediscovered Belka magic, he was encouraged to study that style rather than the Mid-style his brother specialized in.

Because of friendly donations by his family to the Saint Church, he was able to get some of the best Belka training available, from high ranking Ancient Velka practitioners like Hayate and Carim, and received the gift of Weisenfangkreuz from K. A. Testarossa, another elite Belka mage.

He was diligent, nearly obsessive in his training, training 6-8 hours a day, either in mock battles, physical training, or book study. He even became an apprentice in the Infinite Library under Yuuno Scrya in order to glean more knowledge about history.

He first saw action at the age of thirteen, in a short campaign to put down a distant rebellion. This rebellion was Tamerlan's first combat experience, both in real combat and in the command of troops. He performed admirably, after initial failure (to which he attributes the unlocking of his Full Drive form) and received a promotion. However, he was not involved in the StrikerS campaign a year later, as he was evacuated from Midchilda by his family during the Cradle incident (despite his personal objections - he wanted to fight with Sector 6.)

He took the S-rank exam at 16, and passed, and with that, he asked to be assigned to the new TSAB Armored Division. He served mostly in tactics and logistics, and has not seen real action since.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this guy is filthy rich, can drink like a champion, is rather smart, trains often, is good with the ladies, is a party animal... Did I missed out anything? I smell a mary sue.

His combat trainers are Carim (who has shown absolutely no signs of any combat ability except she's a ancient Belkan user) and Hayate (who is busy climbing up the ranks. She didn't even teach Rein about the basic types of defenses and she has time to teach yours combat?) Ancient Belka and neo belka are NOT the same. Signum, also an ancient Belka user, did not even teach Subaru nor Erio who are neo belka users, citing that their styles are too different. (This has some holes I admit since Vita, also an AB user, is training Subaru)

Lets see what else... Ah he did not participate in the Cradle incident because his family evacuated him from Midchilda. If I'm his superior, I'll still call this desertion under fire, court marshal him after he returns and maybe give him a dishonorable discharge. So what if your OC wanted to stay, the fact is that he abandoned his duty by not staying. Even Erio and Caro, both who are children way younger than him, did not run away. And he fancies himself as a knight... piff, maybe you should paint his armour yellow. Even if he manages to stay in the TSAB due to his family's influence, no one is going to trust him again. SO what if his family were the ones who made he leave, the rest will just think "He ran away once, what's going to stop him from doing it again?"

BTW, where can I find this other Testarossa? I want gifts too. Not to mention Fate might be interested to know as well.

For some reason just from looking from your stats, your character feels like a mage tank. Very high power, high speed and average defenses. Don't do that... even though Nanoha is arguably a mage tank, she's a CC so she gets to 'cheat' a little.

Sooner or later, all this will break free and bite him in the ass, forcing him to deal with it instead of ignoring it.

Hmmm basically a very slow process of build up until the eventual release of coldblood... which means the longer he stays in a heated combat situation, the more likely he is to go cold... not good for extended ops?

And somehow, I can't wait to see the scenario where Naomi finds out the truth... I smell drama of EPIC proportions

His Barrier Jacket consists of a white "breastplate" with red and black Belka cross on the shoulders, black gauntlets, a black belt on white pants, and black shoes.

Even though he tends to look "serious", in reality, he has a very playful side to him. He has no shame about partying and having fun, is very confident (sometimes to a fault) with the ladies, and is sometimes a troublemaker when he's not actually doing something important. He is known in his unit for being able to hold his drink like a man twice his age (which got him in the good graces of O'Neill immediately, though those good graces are tested with his occasional antics).

At the same time, when something is happening, he is always the first to take up his weapon and head to the battle, he will mix it up in the front lines despite that not being his skill, and he has a way of finding weaknesses in opposing sides and attempting to exploit them. He is very idealistic, despite his sometimes frivolous appearance, and that was part of the reason while he took to Belka ideals - he considers himself a knight at heart, with all that entails.

Xalinth Tamerlan was born to a rich Midchildan family who had great influence in politics and policy. As a child, he adored his older brother, Paulus Tamerlan, who was a member of the TSAB Spec-Ops unit, and from that adoration, was born an intense interest in the TSAB and warfare in general. He was fascinated with the military, both due to his upbringing and his natural interest. He read about magical theory, military strategy, and idolized the great mages of the Bureau forces - Nanoha, Hayate, Fate and so forth - not only for their ability, but for the fact that they were not much older than he was. He believed in his heart that he could be as good if not better than them.

He had early magical training, starting at the age of six. He was far ahead of the curve for his youth, and it was apparent that he was a child with a great deal of magical potential.

Because of his latent magical talent, and because of his training, he was already an AAA class mage, and ended up joining the TSAB as a trainee at age 10.

Due to the fact that his family thought highly of the newly rediscovered Belka magic, he was encouraged to study that style rather than the Mid-style his brother specialized in.

Because of friendly donations by his family to the Saint Church, he was able to get some of the best Belka training available, from high ranking Ancient Velka practitioners like Hayate and Carim, and received the gift of Weisenfangkreuz from K. A. Testarossa, another elite Belka mage.

He was diligent, nearly obsessive in his training, training 6-8 hours a day, either in mock battles, physical training, or book study. He even became an apprentice in the Infinite Library under Yuuno Scrya in order to glean more knowledge about history.

He first saw action at the age of thirteen, in a short campaign to put down a distant rebellion. This rebellion was Tamerlan's first combat experience, both in real combat and in the command of troops. He performed admirably, after initial failure (to which he attributes the unlocking of his Full Drive form) and received a promotion. However, he was not involved in the StrikerS campaign a year later, as he was evacuated from Midchilda by his family during the Cradle incident (despite his personal objections - he wanted to fight with Sector 6.)

He took the S-rank exam at 16, and passed, and with that, he asked to be assigned to the new TSAB Armored Division. He served mostly in tactics and logistics, and has not seen real action since.

Strengths: Exceptional ranged attacker. Great versatility and range. Very intelligent and cerebral mage, who is very precise in the way he consumes his magic; therefore, he can fight for a long time. Excellent at taking out opposing individual personnel. His ability to break defensive barriers with a single shot is very rare among mages and is incredibly useful as a support option. Can evade enemy fire with ease with his quickness and evasion. Can increase his power greatly with Dreiäugigerengelform.

Weaknesses:

Mediocre melee fighter. Will mix it up because of his personality, but struggles in that area. Can at least block and parry, and knock enemies away to create distance for his arrows. Doesn't emphasize defense - he can take a hit sort of, but does not like to take any sort of attack head-on, prefering to dodge and weave. Is almost useless in support.

He's got no experience what so ever in a proper battle. Giving him command is completely out of the question... Unless of course it was a unit of people that the TSAB wanted to be killed off.

Have a look at the list on post 5... Since there's departments/units that were made by prior contributors, including one from a person that is close to your heart Fuyu

Like I said to Lowe, I was wondering whether or not to put it there. But the I said, "To hell with it!" Since he already has the reputation, I might as well use it as a running gag.

The ONLY thing that did not fit well in my opinion is the Cartridge System. Sure, you said that back then it was an uncommon thing to use... but still, this is Mid-Childa. IMHO, for a reason Mid-Childans chose to better their technology and AI in their devices, as opposed to Belkans, who preferred to use the cartridge system in them for a potentially bigger damage output. In Almaria's case, she obviously can benefit more from better AI and a more complex (technologically speaking) device, than one toned down (technologically speaking again) to be able to host a cartridge system, which would only help her increase the number of her bolts. If I read correctly, cartridges are only needed when using the Swarm and Hellstorm Shifts. Since Almaria has a more powerful Linker Core than Aurion, I would have expected her to have enough energy to cast those without the need of external energy sources. Sure, it might be a bit more taxing for her stamina, but she would instead be receiving a huge boost in magic control and other things thanks to her much better device.

Still, only my opinion.

And it's not like Altair's AI isn't advanced. It's AI is just about as good as Mach Caliber's. It's just that the cartridge system there is not too frequently used in the first place and is there for emergencies, and the frame was a sturdy prototype. Besides, Altair and Vega were experimental units made by the same maker for the same purpose, so it would be wierd if the maker was to omit a feature.

In any case, very nice overall profile. Love Almaria. And the only thing I am against is the use of the cartridge system, which, sincerely, feels somewhat forced here...feels as if you just had to include a cartridge system, for the sake of including it. I'd love to see more mages who use pure Intelligent Devices.

This one is very nice as well. Nicely explained differences between this Aurion and his older self.

And interestingly enough, I dont feel the same way about Vega's Cartridge System...it does seem to fit...maybe because Vega is a rifle, and especially because of Aurion's different fighting style.

As for the spell list, wow, I much prefer this one over older Aurion's spell list, since it is way better balanced, not making Aurion overly-versatile. Though, still, so many bind spells...

Specialist.

Blaze and Frost Cannons, while I see their usefulness, seem to be a bit out of place, though, dont you think?

Spells of temperature manipulation (as stated in the Eternal Coffin data). Aurion's control over such is just about as much as that and nothing further.

THIS IS A WINNER!!

This scenario has just lightened my day up. Excellent character development for Aurion here, and the ending was really sweet. Truly Aurion and Almaria are meant to be with each other.

The unit called 'Rogue Squadron' has been around for six years at the start of StrikerS. And even before they were called Rogue Squadron they were already an active unit, the Air Force 88th, which was around for 4 years. So technically, Rogue Squadron has been around for ten years. Also, Keroko was assigned by the TSAB itself to see if she could train this unit propperly, so it was hardly a single character idea. The only thing Keroko did was give them a kick in the rear and bring them up to snuff (something which took her a few months as well).

Granted, they haven't been around for more then one decade, but they're not a 'new' unit either, and certainly not a last moment unit. To compare them with RF6 is an insult.

At any rate, suitably epic. I can hardly wait.

Leona gripped her hands tightly as the Aces walked away, attending to their duties after the mission. She shut her eyes, casting light away in preference for darkness, the only way she could attend to her guilt without involving others. Yet, her heart remained pained and suffering, for she had to lie.

Lie to those who actually cared for her and thought her to be their friend.

She had told them about the Templars, about their powers, their abilities, their doctrine and mission.

Yet, she had withdrew from them the single most important fact of the Templar's existence, one that she could not reveal on her own volition. She had promised, and so had Chrono.

An unbreakable vow between the two of them.

I could not tell them that the Templars were from my world.

Greatness is to be expected.

I'm writing a past for Katrina as well but the Day of Tears of Fire as well as the Cradle drop is giving me I did keep the AB aspects very vague so it probably won't collide with Fall of An Empire though.

And yes there WILL BE fanservice. In the loads. Most notable FS change at the moment is the restructuring of Signum's armor to give her assets more freedom, and I'm buffing several character's stats as well. Artei's viewpoints will show you the love.
