I watched "Batman under the red hood", it was a great movie, I loved it.
I think it's as good as Wonderwoman movie!

The atmosphere is great. By the way, we can see blood!

The story is interesting. Ok it's very easy to understand who is the Red Hood, but the main theme is not about that. No, this movie is about Batman' s psychology.

The end of this movie is great.

This movie has some emotion moments, with some flashback.

Fights are really good too.

Everything is there: action, emotion, good story, great characters.

I want more DC movie like that!

''someone is going to die/not everyone is going to make it''

Infinite Crises finale?
That'd be cool.

This looks pretty promising, so I'll follow it. The fact that the Justice League showing up will also be good.

The whole design combined with the team line-up screams Tim Drake.
I'm guessing they went this design because it is the modern rendition of the custom, but had Dick play the role because he was the first Robin.

I don't know, Tim is a pretty fun character and has the more easy-going attitude, but I always did like Dick more because of his overall development and moral code.

I'm glad they used the modern costume because let's be honest, no matter how much of a classic the pixieboots/no pants Robin costume is, there is no way a teenager would wear that unless it involves lots of alcohol and/or a bachelor party.

Another interview with the creator, it's pretty interesting (the Young Justice stuff starts at 2m24s).

Decided to watch some of the other movies, Under the red hood was very good I agree. More mature-ish than what I remember in movies of this kind

My favorite would still be Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths though

I liked Crisis on Two Earths also, but Batman/Superman Public Enemies is my fave so far, cant wait for apocalypse!

And Young Justice is shaping to be quite a show, at least I hope.

Oh! You like Public Ennemies! I hate it...

Young justice looks great, the new DC serie, I want to watch it! Well I don't really like characters from this serie, but well... we will see. I really want to see the Justice League again: Batman, Superman, Hawkgirl etc... .

So, about the calendar; it looks like we will have:

-Superman Batman: Apokolips (September 2010 in USA)

-Young Justice (Autumn 2010 in USA)

-Superman/Shazam (November 2010)

-the adaptation of "All star Superman" in a movie, I read the summary of this comics, and it looks great (Spring 2011 in USA)

-Green Lantern: Emerald Knights (June 2011)

-Batman Year One (September 2011)

-Green Lantern the Animated series (November 2011)

And at San Diego Comic Con, James Tucker (the one who works on the actual Batman serie and Green Lantern animated series) says that he will work on the new Batman animated serie!

Writing it all down,
so glad they are doing a new animated series of Batman, I didn't like The Batman and having something fit into DC animated universe makes me very happy X3

I'm curious about how the Ultimate Spiderman series will turn out, considering Paul Dini of Batman TAS fame will be working on it (a bit of a change in subject since everyone is about DC lately)

Can anyone type out a Marvel list as well?
Is Ultimate Spidey getting animated as well? I do know that the Ironman armored adventures is getting another green flag, other than that can anyone fill me in?

As far as I know, aside from the anime Ironman and Wolverine, Marvel has the Avengers and Thor as animated fall this year, with U!Spidey airing in fall 2011.

So I think it goes like this:

-Ironman Armored Adventure (series) Sept. 2010

-The Avengers (series) Oct. 2010

-Thor (series) 2010

-Ironman anime (series) Oct. 2010

-Thor: Tales of Asgard (direct to video a la Planet Hulk) 2011

-Ultimate Spiderman (series) late 2011

I'm looking forward to new spiderman, even though I miss the spectacular Spidey, but Paul Dini's involvement makes it more interesting. Thor tales looks okay, but I don't really like how there doesn't seem to be any hammer-action to go around.

Oh.... Ultimate Spiderman! Looks cool! I really want to see that!

I'm not really interested by Ironman, Thor. Perhaps I will watch The Avengers...

Man just got my Batman Under the RedHood.

It was AWESOME!!! Truly deals with with physiological background on doing what is right.
Revenge or Justice? At what price? Most scenes and lines are taken from the comics which what I really liked about it. Like a comic book coming to life.

Will be watching the Jonah Hex short later since Iam a bit busy.

Also FYI the new Batman(Robin, Nightwing, Redhood) design is growing on me. Just amazing.

The Red Hood was a great movie. Joker here, was absolutely one of the things that made the movie for me. Batman and Jason were both great characters too.

Hmm, so Under the Red Hood is really that great? I guess I need to find one and check it out...About the upcoming animations, I loved the Young Justice comics, but the team list disappointed me a bit. Artemis replacing Arrowette I'm fine with, but having Dick Grayson as opposed to Tim Drake as Robin and Wally West and not Bart Allen as Kid Flash is a big no for me. I guess I'm not being fair here since I really like Bart and Tim is my favorite Robin...Just have to think of it as a different thing from the comic book, I guess. After all, this is literally set on a different earth in the DC universe. Also, it got Greg Weisman behind it. If there's a name that can sold me on Western Animation, it's him. Oh, and have you seen the trailer for it? The animation is simply amazing.

About the Marvel animated series, nothing really leap as a must-see for me, though I guess I can check out some of them. Ultimate Spidey got Dini behind it, but I guess I'm still a bit miffed that Spectacular is canceled (and at the worst possible timing, no less!)...

Same here for Young Justice hoped for Tim Drake, but they decided a Dick would be better for the role. Richard Dick Grayson that is. Oh well I guess this will be that "another universe thing"

Also finally watched a few episodes of Batman BB. Like the "Chill of the Night" episode where finally modern old school Batman reveals his face as Bruce Wayne.

Speaking of DC animations.

Superpowers team. Galactic Guardians

Man I use to see re-runs of this when I was 6. Didn't really paid attention to it.
