The studio that helms the production is Production IMS and they have done Inari Kon Kon Koi Iroha which is also 10 episodes.

Yep, same studio who animated Mondaiji also did NouCome which was another 10 episode Kadokawa funded series.

I love me some delicious pantyhose, but I believe that they would look just as great without them.

Damn, I missed when it was announced that it would only be 10 episodes. Would that mean that they are going to have to skip some things or does it seem like that is an appropriate amount of episodes for 3 novels? I haven't read the novels so I'm not aware if 12 episodes were enough for the first 4.

Actually the first episode will be a filler, then all 3 volumes will be covered in 3 episodes each.

The episode title for episode one pretty much spells it out, but I doubt it'll be entirely filler. Especially because they need to put in certain plot-important scenes that they didn't have time for in season 1, so we'll probably see those in epsiode 1.

There are also synopsis for episode 1 and 2, which suggest vol 5's story starts in episode 2 and so episode 1 is a filler.
