My longest sitting (no breaks over 10 minutes) was 31-32 hours, but that one was rather extreme, as were the circumstances. My second longest sitting was not nearly that long and I rarely watch for more than 3 hours consecutively.

17 hours of pure bleach, back when I was seriously hooked...skipped lunch/dinner, didn't sleep and turned off my laptop at 6 am. of the following day. When I slept I had the best dreams in my life!

I got hooked to the series now.
A episode has like 20min, presuming you dont skip the op/ed its like 30, I doubt that so you prolly took 20 x 15 = 300min = 5h.

Umm were you constipated or something that you spent 11h in the bathroom? or was that 11h of food breaks?!

do you people feel that its better to watch a lot of episodes, or watch a few at time, do you get a different feel from when u see 1 ep a week/day or watch all 26 episodes back 2 back, i mean is it like chugging down your food or taking your time to savor it?

At first I had settled at 5 episodes a day, when the plot got too good I got carried away, but since after that I didn't have anime for a few weeks I put a limit depending on the anime growth. For example, if it's D.Gray-man, I can watch 3 episodes a day, if it's naruto (1~135) I couldn't watch less than 6 a day.Currently I watch one or two episodes everyday because I'm waiting for them to come out.
On the other hand, when it comes to manga I read it by volumes, and when I see the end of an arc I'll leave it there for a few months and then go on to the next one.

The longest that I have watched an anime in one viewing is no more than three hours, maybe four. I have an education and a social life to consider, and Lost Odyssey is not going to complete itself. I will only watch anime at 7:30PM or later to watch one volume of something or a full-length feature.

hahaha pretty much what i was thinking!

I've watched all of Hikaru no Go in one sitting. so i guess that's like 24h + including bathroom and food breaks.

I frequently watch 13 ep series in one sitting or finish it off through out the day if i'm busy doing something else.

8 hours or so.

Watched around up to episode 15 of Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai,or something like that.

Spoiler:

Wait,around 25 minutes x 15 = 375 hours.
375 hours / 60 = 6 hours,25 minutes.

Oh,okay.

..But,if you count marathons then..
Remember that Naruto marathon,3 days straight?

I watched Naruto from the beginning to the end of the day.
From 7am(about,I can't recall the actual hours) to 11pm.

Though,I skipped Haku's arc,so minus around 4 hours.

So..10 hours

When I really want to,I can watch anime all day,or all night actually.
Like,a few weeks ago(around the beginning of January),I bought Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl.

Watched the whole series, and the ova,in one night. I fell asleep around 2 am

I think the most I have ever done was 5 hours. If counting breaks and stuff then I've probably relaxed an entire day away just watching a series to completion like I did when catching up with One Piece.

About four hours then I'll go run around for a few hours before continuing. I get too bored sitting for ages.

I watched the entirety of Kanon on a day off, it was so captivating I couldn't help myself.

Nowadays I rarely watch more than an hour straight, though.

It started out innocently enough, thought "Hey let me start Rose of Versailes

The imprompto marathon ended 17 episodes later, and only because I had given myself a gnarly headache. I definetly would have watched the last remaining episodes if it had not been for that.

longest sitting I think would have been when I was doing my One Piece marathon, something like 8 hours a day watching....god that was quite an unhealthy time
