My understanding isTransgender implies surgery, and physically modifying your body to become the other sex. This is more of a cross dresser. That being said The ln spoilers are vague. I have heard the claim that it's a hermaphrodite and has both. Regardless the elephant image indicates whatever other plumbing it has, there is a dangly.

Transgender= person who think and looks like the opposite sex but have not taken surgery.
Transexual= person who already taken surgery.

and holy hell , This was better then I expected. Miki is like combo of zest and chisato from Shinmai.
The comedy is hilarious,action is ok and the ecchi is da best.
The boy x boy in chap 8 was bit weird but the enju scenes on side were totally worth it, and great new chapter. cant wait for no 10.
