If it is a yuri one it will be Sen and Hanzo, if it is a straight one it will feature Jubei. Was the face sitting image posted already, if not let me know and I will post it.

I ran the assumption that this Senhime special took place before Yukki's kiss adventure, as the books lying about, combined with Senhime looking for Yukki, and Mune-guy himself walking about, yeah I'd say. There's also the part where, it is a really good explanation for the question of how did Senhime and Hanzou know about Yukki's plan to kiss Mune-guy in the night (as it did seem strange for someone like Yukki, who gave off an air of a non-virgin in the art of kissing earlier in the day, to be reading kissing books

Jubei's sword is probably half of her appeal.
Same thing with Princess Sen.
In looks , my top 3 would be :
Sen
Miss Matabei
Jubei

I was totally rooting for Princess Sen x Muneakira, but of course no romance in an action based anime. Still loved it though.

Possibly the best art i've seen so far , really disliked the way they ended it.

As for doujinshi, usually these kind of shows are way to revealing to excite artists for more ... with QB being the sole exception I am aware of
