Shit! I thought with the 2nd game it would get easier but in fact it got harder. Yuki hime just made takeda and the racoons to attack me :/ Seriously what bonus should I pick to actually make a diff in the 2nd run?

Hrmm, if it's only the second run then you likely don't have any of the house bonuses. How many points do you have to work with?

Top suggestions:
House - One Eyed (if you have it, they rape the early game)
Troop - Elina Batch (Diviner, I prefer her to Ran and Hojo to be honest)
Item - Popularity Staff
Item - Head Gold/Half Gold/Full Gold Statues
Item - Protection Paper
Misc - Command Fan +1

Not counting One Eyed bonus, this should cost 10 points for the fan, 10 points for the items, 5 points per special character, and 20 points for the One Eyed bonus.

the second games are supposed to be easier because you can pick different routes (i found kenshin and ran routes to be ridiculously easier) and the beginning bonus'

but to answer your questions in order:

-if you dont want yukihime to screw you over you're supposed to get her captured father's status to normal or trust (can't remmeber which) and you get an option to search for her in one of the provinces

-the actual bonus' are up to your preferences and depending on which items you unlocked during your first time play around. but the most important thing you have to take is the extra action fan for like 10 points.

-depending if you like using your hero characters a lot, you can use yoru points to buy gear for them so they're stronger a lot early on. or you can always buy those special characters to save yourself time from trying to recruit warriors and stuff right at the beginning

considering this is your 2nd run, you probably don't have much more then 5 bonus points.

my suggestion
- get guts armor if that was unlock
- go with a normal game.

pay more attentation to clearing your character and finishing the game within a reasonable amount of time.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to capture Yuki hime? She always make 2-3 countries at war with me. On my 2nd run was the Mori house. 3rd run was the Takeda and Racoons followed. I was at war with Uesugi house already.

3. search and she will join.

I don't think you even need Trust, just from Hate to Normal. You might need another purple event after that, though.

Either way, has to be done before she seduces an entire country to attack you. I suggest throwing some <3 stuff at him, or slapping him with Rance's Love.

personally i leave them till near the end as they aren't that dangerous and as long as you are involve in a war with someone else they won't declare on you, same with the iga ninjas.

I only had enough items to put him to normal but when she made takeda declare war on me he gone back to hate :/

But they can sometimes declare war as a beginning of turn event, I believe. That or they'll do so even if you're in a war. I had them be dicks like that during my Isoroku playthrough.

they are still weak through, they have a few decent commanders but that is about it.

even if they declare war on you it is not that big a problem.

On later playthroughs, that seems to be the case for pretty much every country outside of Mouri and Takeda, and to a lesser extent Shimazu and One Eyed.

Nope... I did 2 attacks with my 2 fans to get the territory.

You can only recruit Yukihime at two points, right before she has a country declare war on you (basically the turn you after conquer Texas), and after you defeat said country. The former is tougher to pull off, since you'll likely not have her father at normal without a lot of items for raising affection points.

OK I got it. Used all items to put her father to normal and was able to recruit. Like 1st time it didn't change from hate. Only in the 2nd time it changed to normal. Anyway her unit is pretty useless for offense.

Mikos generally aren't meant for offense aside from Natori's Miko Storm.

man whats the best way to clear arigreda, I assume I have to play true history to do it, and in ran's route, the supposedly random deffection to the shimazu brothers isn't all that random, or is it just me being extremely unlucky.

アギレダ Agireda
* NOTE! Agireda's events can only be cleared in the True History Route.
* NOTE! You must H Agireda in Rance's room to clear her.

Spoiler for True History Route Spoilers:

1. Talk to her at 7 Normal to get her to Trust
2. After seeing the event where Shimazu Yoshihisa dies, talk to her to see her H event
3. H Agireda in Rance's room, then talk to her where she asks you to make her army the largest single unit in your army. Note: There are two events within Shimazu House territory where she raises her unit's numbers by 1000 each. You can also try reducing the max army size of other larger units in your army temporarily or using items #72 or #73 as you see fit.
4. After making her army the largest unit, talk to her again to get her to Love and clear her events.

Another note: She start at Normal. 7 Normal is the scene she ask Rance to punish Shimazu brothers. After killing one of them there will be a +5_Sat H-scene with Rance and she will shatter his confidence.

on my first clear of true history i had killed the shimazu before i captured her, so i couldn't clear, man i hate playing true history... fucking sill gets frozen and it makes rance teh sad.
