Not exactly anime but trying to get a gif of this here, its mickey mouse whistling if u notice he whistles a tune with his eyes closed then spins the wheel then opens them for a tune then back to closed again, trying to get a gif of this looped open,close,open and 100x100 under 199 kb's if possible.

I can quickly edit it if there something missing, its a pretty long gif so somewhat lower the color but I dont see any difference.
No border, border, slighty faster with border. All size between 170-195kb
