The humor never really got me laugh out loud, smile or chuckle at most.

But the story really is engaging & interesting as the characters grow on you. Never thought the last few feels chapters will get me that good.

I don't think we have any real idea how long demons can live in general just that it's longer than humans. It may well vary significantly between different types of demons too. If we compare her to the witch then she's still the equivalent of a teenager but we don't know the scale.

There's a few "omake" stories that don't seem to have been translated. In one Azudora briefly reminisces on him and Vamirio when they were younger. It's described as being a long time ago but they don't really look any younger, though Vamirio has her hair in twin braids. Basically, Azudora kept teasing Vamirio until she hated him.

PS Latest chapter of Helck in Japan is 60...

So... I wonder if Anne will still call Helck the calamity after finding out this information. Theres a big problem, and it isnt Helck ^_~.

Some food for thought. Did humanity just go extinct ? O_o You think theres any other human kingdoms out there thats survived ? or tribes?

Helck seems to think so. If Helck has children with say Vamirio they'll be half human.

Yeah I'm serious Vamirio probably wouldn't mind spending the rest of her life with Helck to keep him happy. It wouldn't surprise me after all these months alone with him she fell in love.

Yeah. Anyway Vamirio doesn't mind if Helck calls her Anne. The train ride was a comfy chapter traveling a peaceful land.

Harupii who was sent with a team by Azudora was the only one left able to make the journey to find them as a monster attacked his team. They are still alive by the way. Harupii just missed them passing the train.

Next chapter Anne kills the monster with no sweat. The village thinking they are doomed till Anne told them she just killed it. Then it was party time!

Haruppi manages to find her and give Azudora's plan. His plan is basically like in LOTR. While his army distracts the Awakened Vamirio and Helck should head over the Human Kingdom and take care of the King.

Thing is Azudora is missing some crucial details that Helck told Anne.

Its kinda sad tho, people he considered friends, went that way. Helck is a fine hero tho. Good that I gave him a chance to unfold.

Anyway when Anne was leading up to her conditions for taking the broken sword, I was warming up to her in ssaying. The condition would be defending the demon empire through this crisis. But instead it was actually something more amazing. She chose some great words.

I am curious tho, now that Annie knows exactly whats happening and a messenger has arrived. They going to relay this intel to the Demon Emperor informing him of the exact details in this crisis they face?. Would be the logical thing to do... But via that last page, looks like Helck and Annie will be moving in to nip this in the bud ?

I don't think it's the power so much as the awakening spell brainwashing them.

Chapter 1 seems to be a Chekov's Gun as Demon King Tooru became a monster. I believe the Caster, either Mikakos or Rafaed or someone else, did that. Cless having no choice but kill him. As seen in Azudora's recollection Tooru look different.

If so Anne may be in danger herself of becoming a weapon against Helck.

As of last chapter 56. I am getting the feeling that Mikakos is something similar or is, to a Lich . Just from observing his skills and how he kinda came back to life from being believed dead. He also bragged about you cant kill me this way, but freaked out at the hero killer O_o. Are like the hints being dropped.

As shown in last chapters 56, Azudora been suspecting the presence of someone powerful whos human, but is not at the same time (which is why I am now suspecting a Lich honestly). That would be Mikakos would it not ?. Its interesting that Azudora has been slowly piecing things together. Hes quite an interesting yet hilarious demon in this story. and hellooooo abomination Alicia O_o Makes her apearance O_o
