I voted for;

Kyon - the man of SHnY, and someone everyone can technically relate to. The thing I most like about him is that his name was never revealed, though I really want to know it. Personal aside, he reminds me a bit of myself during high school. I was very sarcastic as well.

Mikuru - she was the original reason I watched this anime, since I saw a picture of her was got interested in it. I also love how much Kyon and his sister absolutely adore her. But to tell the truth, she is in my top 5 because we got to see the absolutely stunning adult version of her, and see the fact that she loved Kyon as much as he loved her.

Imoutou-chan - I really wish I had a younger sister. She is exactly how I want my daughter to be like. I want to know her name as well.

Tsuruya - I loved the fact that they introduced her, since she was like a sister for Kyon. She also understands how Haruhi thinks, when she didn't tell Kyon about the filming during 'Someday in the Rain'. It helps that she's like my best friend from high school.

Yuki - For the longest time, I adored Ryoko more, but after their battle, I really like Yuki. I also started liking Yuki during the end of 'Mysterique Sign', when we see the beautiful vision of her with her hair billowing in the wind as she was reading.

Those who didn't my vote;

Haruhi - she awesome, but in my mind, she didn't compare with Mikuru or Yuki, since the character I liked best was Kyon, and Haruhi was a little too assertive for my taste. My sister believes that the moment Kyon started talking to Haruhi about her hair was the moment she took interest in him. I agree, but I personally still didn't like her attitude, and abuse of Kyon and Mikuru.

Ryoko - She tried to kill Kyon, 'nough said.

Etc.'s - Their roles didn't warrant a vote.

I voted Haruhi! She's the heroine after all...

Haruhi is my favorite character and God... She's just such a awesome character.

I didn't vote for anyone else I thought one vote was enough. =/ Really for me no one else deserved a vote as much as Haruhi did.

Kyon: There isnt an explanation needed for Kyon either

Yuki: Smart and calculating, a bit random at times..., but she's an important staple in the SOS Brigade, plus she saved Kyon's life!

Mikuru: Very important character in the show, very cute and charming at most times, funny in the others (Mikuru Beam!).

Tsuruya: She's like Mikuru's sister, but not really, she's a pretty important character and is there in some/most of the scenes.

ENOZ Girls: Cute and musical, I dont care if they were in only one ep, they rock!

They're like the same person. Whatever character Shiraishi plays is automatically Taniguchi.

I voted for Kyon's Little Sister too! Isn't she cute? It's funny how she follows Mikuru around. And when she doesn't eat her veggi's, Kyon says, "If you wanna be like Mikuru, you gotta eat your vegtables".

1. Haruhi: She's cute, athletic, beautiful, smart, and eccentric. What more to ask?
2. Nagato: Well... she's cute, genius, extremely strong, but in other hand calm and cold. She's just too cool!
3. Asakura Ryoko: A psycho-minded Data-something-interface... @_@ but she made a very strong impression in me because she tried to kill Kyon once.
