Volume 2 of the manga has been released today, and its mentioned by the publisher to be shounen manga

which might mean that the first volume is mentioned to be seinen manga is most likely a mistake.

Well, as I said earlier all manga volumes that come from Champion Red Ichigo magazine are always mentioned to be shounen manga by the publisher, and Aki Sora isn't an exception afterall. I'll put it as shounen/seinen manga in the opening post to make it less confusing.

So, 12 years old kids buy their weekly or monthly manga magazine and then bam! Aki Sora -, yo! incest and sex for the young teenagers (and the main character is pratcically a shota)? I suppose it's one of those "only in Japan" news.

I'm not sure about all stores, but many stores put both Champion Red and Champion Red Ichigo magazines, and their manga in the seinen sections.

Well, but I still like the publisher's classification of both magazines and manga

Will they censor this one? I hope not but blood-related incest is extremely rare even in hentai standard. So far only eroge have it.

Around the net. I guess you have to go listen to one of those radio shows or something that have her talking freely, but I haven't actually listened to any myself.
But if you search the web, you can probably find more info. There is a section on her younger brother on her page on wikipedia, by the way. The Japanese one, of course.

They dont show any genitals in the manga either a censor for the vagina or just invisidick for the boy, thing I find funny is that in a shonen magazine they are going to show a crazy, psycho, sexually depraved, lesbian twin sister rape her twin then threaten to cut of his penis if he squeals.

I've actually read somewhere that it's considered a shonen/seinen magazine by the publisher, but you could look at it as seinen for illiterates(Since the main difference is whether or not furigana accompanies the kanji).
